The food was well presented and tasty, and decent servings too. the service was very good and pleasant. the restaurant had a good ambience, not noisy like many restaurants are. We had a very enjoyable evening.
Service was superb! Rosanna looked after us with a smile and friendliness. There was a bit of delay towards the end towards our dessert as it has become busy. I guess that is management's issue to make sure there is enough staff to cover the number of guests. We made one of the mail dish our entrée: the Chef's Vegetarian Dish, and it was delicious. The Berkshire Pork Fillet and the Fish of the day (Mackerel) were enjoyable dishes. Our desserts were very nice: Australian Angel and Chocolate Ganache.
It was one of the best meals of our entire holiday. Thank you.
Fantastic food and fantastic service, will definitely be coming back again 😊😊
All staff were friendly & very helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
Food was excellent. Staff very attentive and made you feel very special.
Service was inconsistent - multiple waiters would come and try and get our orders because there was no communication between them, the dessert “angel” was completely inedible being just 80% solid cream. I enjoyed the duck
Staff were lovely though not that attentive. Constantly looking for someone to refill water glasses. Wait between courses was an hour - and 4 out of 5 people ate the same main course. They did bring a desert plate for our birthday girl but did not bring cutlery or a plate to eat it with. Food was fantastic and fortunately we had plenty of gossip to catch up on so wasn't that big a deal.
We enjoyed a dinner for two and loved the food and service.
Absolutley fantastic stay at your hotel. Have told many people about our stay. Swimming. Dinner. Beakfast and a late checkut. Thanks for a great time. Really
We would like to say a big thank you for all the wait staff on the night of 9 Nov for my son's birthday. The food was delicious and well presented and we will definitely go back again in the future.
The food was excellent as well as the service. Amit looked after us really well as we were celebrating a birthday. Good venue but as it was a Tuesday night after Melbourne Cup so it was a bit quiet only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 - not the fault of the decor. Ajay the supervisor also gave great attention to our needs. Certainly good team at this restaurant. Liked the grilled barramundi with octopus. The dessert were also excellent.. Will visit again
First class service and great value for money
Went before a show and had a lovely dinner . The service was impeccable and the attention to details were perfect . Thanks for a great dining experience.
Staff were very flexible with booking changes. Service was excellent. Attentive but not bothering. Amit and team were very professional. Food was excellent and superior to other accor restaurants around Sydney. Cooked perfectly, not oily, not too salty, so very well done.
We had a two course pre theatre dinner. The food was delicious & very nicely presented. We both had steak for mains & it was so tender & cooked to our liking. Would definitely recommend the restaurant & will come again.
We came for a pre theatre dinner. The service was very slow and we had to remind service staff that we have a show at 8.00. Orders were incorrectly delivered and one main order was missed, hence cancelled because prep time will entail another 15 minutes which we don't have due to a show at 8.00pm. Bill was incorrect and we had to have it revised. It was disappointing meal.
The food was a bit slow to come out which was a concern as we were heading to the theatre. Reservation was for 1830 and made it across to the state theatre for an 2000 show as they were making last call. The food was however delicious
A well constructed pre-theatre dinner menu at a reasonable price, including house wines. We selected alternative wines from the list. Very efficient, competent and friendly service. Atmosphere a bit lacking possibly because of the relatively small number of guests. We’ll certainly be back.
Staff are friendly & courteous however service is slow for pre theatre dinner that starts at 8.00pm
We ordered a shared Chicken Dinner which ws delicious, however, we decided that we would have preferred a different type of cooked potato. The breakfast had a wonderful selection, however, the hot dishes were lukewarm which was disappointing considering the high cost of the buffet breakfast
Could not fault the food in the dining room Delicious and beautifully presented. Atmosphere is a bit cold. Not cosy so when not many tables occupied it felt very open. Staff were very attentive.
Food was lovely, great service and helpful staff!! The venue is so wonderful, definitely come back again with my husband.
Had the pre theatre menu beautiful meal with time to enjoy
Thank you for a great meal
