Excellent customer service
We had three course meal from cudo voucher. And food was so bad that we hardly eat any of the course.
Had the pre theatre menu. Very disorganised considering limited menu. Should not be that hard to get 4 steaks right. Server claimed new menu. Dessert was good as were starters but overall not an exciting meal. Would not recommend.
Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly service although a little slow.
I enjoyed everything.
Food was gorgeous, wine was ok, good value. Restaurant was nice, not many customers there, but who cares, we had a nice table near the window, in our own world.Have been before & will go again, wi5h a deal voucher!
This was the worst meal and service I have experienced. We waited for almost 2 hours for our main meals. The worst part of this were the lies about how long the wait would be. Then 3 out of 4 meals were over cooked and almost inedible. The desserts offered from the trolley as ‘ compensation’, were tasteless. Management response to my complaints was poorly handled. The best part of the meal was the bread, but why serve 4 rolls with 3 serves of butter?! Why would I return when there are so many other choices in the city??
Great service from the staff, very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious.
Food was good. My girlfriend was very happy with the vegan food.
We waited very long (more than half an hour) between courses. We ordered at 7.30 and only finished at 10.30. Even the bread probably took 20 minutes to arrive after ordering. The food was very nice however!
The soup was lovely and the dessert was quite good. However, the main meal in particular was very disappointing. The service was good, however, the waitress was a little unsure about what was included in the menu
Excellent quality service course dinner and fantastic attentive service
Always good food great service and pleasure to dine there many thanks to all the staff
We had a lovely t8me and the food was great.
Great service, menu was well devised and thought about. Would recommend this restaurant without question.
I dined at Jpb Restaurant as part of a package that included a show at State Theatre and overnite accommodation at Swissotel. The service was fantastic and the three course meal was superb.
We had a set menu and loved everything we ordered. Hubby said it was the best calamari he had ever eaten. Well done Jpb for your food and service.
The server we had for dinner was excellent. Praise to him. But before the show we tried to have a coffee and was turned away. We were told there was no room yet there was an empty restaurant in front of us. We were told we were only allowed to sit there at breakfast time. So said we could sit at the bar and have a coffee. We were told no and sent away. The lack of service was disgusting. I'm glad there was a change for the evening meal. Regards Anne O'Callaghan Thanks Anne O'Callaghan
Good value. Service a little slow when busy.
Had the steak and burramundi. The protein was coined perfectly. Thou the sauces on the sides (carrot and brocollini) on my steak were a little too rich in flavour to my liking. The dimmi discount made it extra value for money.
