About Jamie's Italian
Jamie’s Italian is inspired by Jamie’s passion for the Italian way of life:
“Since I was a teenager I’ve been totally besotted by the love, passion and verve for food, family and life itself that just about all Italian people have, no matter where they’re from or how rich or poor they might be. And that’s what I’m passionate about – good food for everyone, no matter what… But the thing I love most about the Italians is that somehow, although they have some of the best fashion designers and cars in the world, they’ve managed to retain a unique sense of tradition and village spirit”. Jamie's in Dundrum is large, spacious, family friendly and serves Jamie's classic twist on Italian cuisine.
Good food for a good price. Great service!
Thanks great service. My tweenagers loved and it was affordable for a top restaurant in a commercial centre. I would book in advance as it was saturday, and unlike a weekday the place fills up v quick around the 3 or 4 pm mark. We loved the booth seating and it was so cosy...felt like a real treat!
The fries was to sold
amazing food, big portions, value for money, excellent service. need more branches around Ireland !
Highly recommend - so comfortable and consistently good.
Thank to all the staff, we had my daughter's 18th dinner party at your restaurant. The food and service was excellent and the staff all sang Happy Birthday to my daughter! Will definitely be back soon. Thanks again!
Whilst the service was good, there were times we struggled to see our waitress to order extras (e.g. another drink, dessert). Overall a very pleasant experience.
Food was just ok in general. My risotto wasn’t really creamy and quite bland and the hake a bit dry. Not worth €22. The chocolate fondant was pretty bad.
Very family friendly with good variety on the menu
The lady you served us was fantastic, apologies did not get her name . Food and drink great and we had a fab time
Everything was great
Service and food was amazing
Great venue for a family get-together, great food and friendly environment
While I've eaten in the Sydney "Jamie's Italian" multiple times. Just felt underwhelmed with the food in the Dundrum centre. The meatball starter was yum. But everything else was average. Beer sooo expensive.
Our waiter was great, very attentive
Brilliant dinner, really top quality wait staff
I used to be a regular and had for the first time chicken. It came in a tomatoe, caper and olive sauce. While it tasted nice i have to say when it arrived i thought it was quail because it was so small. I didn't even know you could buy chicken breast (on the bone) that small, let alone a restaurant would buy and serve it. Very poor value for money at 20 euro.
Too much salt. Pasta while al dente , not to real Italy standards. Brioche was stale. Overall, disappointing and most definately short of hype! No more thsm a famcy diner , am afraid. Also , web prices are not what is one menu ( e.g. House wine ).
Lovely staff. And really good to see you have biodegradable straws. Do advertise it as they look like plastic ;-) The ravioli special was excellent
Absolutely love the food amazing service
Good place, I will definitely go there again.
Absolutely brilliant food - waiter very attentive. We had excellent service, something that is often lacking in a large busy restaurant.
Great food and great environment
