Had a reservation and when we arrived it seemed like the staff was surprised to see us. Slow service, took us 3 hours for our meal to be completed because the service was so slow
My experience was like a curates egg good in parts, starter ok , main course good , desserts dreadful , selection consisted of sponge six ways, my guests left them very disappointing, for ONCE I received a bar bill that was not overcharged, see my previous comments on overcharging! I was informed that the brunch was finishing on Fathers Day as there was a new manager in charge of F&B.Well he is welcome , as he has lost my custom and many of my friends whom dine at the Intercontinental all agree , staff have left /or have been fired, we could be dining in India or Goa . the consistency has seriously declined . Goodbye I shall bring my guests and family elsewhere!

Two different waiters (and presumably the bar staff) did not know which glass was correct for a bottled beer (Erdinger)
WAS DELIGHTED TO SEE THAT THE DESSERTS WERE BACK AS A BUFFET, HELP YOURSELF, MY PARTY GROUP HAD PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED WHERE A NUMBER OF DESSERTS WERE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE, ALL AGREED THE BUFFET IS FAR SUPERIOR. I MUST COMPLIMENT THE RANGE OFFERED ON SUNDAY WAS SPECTACULAR. MY GUESTS ON SUNDAY WILL BE MOVING A LUNCHEON THE ARE HOLDING FROM A DIFFERENT HOTEL TO THE SEASONS RESTAURANT AS A RESULT OF THEIR EXPERIENCE ON SUNDAY.ON THE DOWN SIDE ONCE AGAIN I HAD TO CORRECT AN OVERCHARGE FOR DRINKS WE HAD IN THE BAR AFTER LUNCH, THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MYSELF AND GUESTS ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS RECENTLY.IT MAKES MYSELF WONDER FIDDLE IN OPERATION ????????
We were so impressed by how the restaurant/hotel handled our daughter’s confirmation dinner. Every little detail was very much appreciated. The staff were so friendly and attentive and there was a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you.

SADLY I SEE A CLEAR REDUCTION IN THE LAYOUT OF THE BUFFET FOR STARTERS, NO BREAD , NO BUTTER, NO SAUCES IE SEAFOOD SAUCE REQUESTED SOME NONE ARRIVED, I FEEL THERE IS DEFINITELY CUTBACKS OR DIFFERENT CHEFS ON DIFFERENT WEEKENDS . I HAVE HAD A SERIES OF MIXED EXPERIENCES AS REGARD THE FOOD , SOME GOOD SOME BAD. I HAD GUESTS ON SUNDAY WE ORDERED A DRINK IN THE LOUNGE AND AFTER 20 MINUTES WE WENT INTO THE 4 SEASONS RESTAURANT AND ASKED FOR THE DRINKS TO FOLLOW US . NO DRINKS ARRIVED BUT THEY WERE ON MY BILL AT THE END OF THE MEAL.THIS IS MY FOURTH EXPERIENCE OF BEING CHARGED FOR DRINK I DID NOT RECEIVE OR HAD DRINK AND BAR FOOD PLACED ON MY BILL INCORRECTLY! FINALLY AFTER BRUNCH WE WENT INTO THE BAR AND WHEN LEAVING ( WE HAD SOFT DRINKS) WE WERE CHARGED 18 EURO FOR PARKING AFTER SPENDING IN EXCESS OF 300 EURO IN THE HOTEL UTTER NONSENSE AND ROBBERY! I THIBNK I NEED TO REVIEW WHETHER I WILL BE BACK????? IF SOMEONE WISHES TO SPEAK TO ME YOU KNOW MY NUMBER.
The worst service/ food we have ever had . You spoilt our daughter’s special Day - Her confirmation! Your Hotel is supposed to be a 5 Star . Service and food was a 1 star! So disappointed! Will never return.
We have eaten many times in the main restaurant over the last two years so are familiar with the standard of both service & food however our experience on Easter Sunday was well below par, from the time we ordered our main dish to when it arrived at our table was 1 hour !. I had to ask the manageress about our order, no explanation nor apology was offered, my strong impression was that there was not enough waiting staff on the day in question

Very slow however - an hour passed between sitting down and receiving the starters. Very nice experience however.
The slowest service we have ever experienced - it took over 2 hours for our main courses to arrive. The only excuse given when we commented was that the restaurant was very busy (no more than one would expect we thought). The food when it did come was very mediocre. We left before finishing our meals.
The staff were wonderful and the food was exceptional in both flavour and presentation. Atmosphere lacked a little as we were the only guests in the restaurant.... perhaps because of the heavy snow though. Fabulous fining experience. Many thanks to the staff.
Lovely ambiance for Sunday Brunch in the restaurant with a male singer covering all the oldies from the 50's. Food was excellent and plenty of choice. Dessert was also scrumlicious! Staff were welcoming and friendly and very engaging. We will be back!

We enjoyed an excellent meal on Saturday in the The Seasons restaurant with its elegant ambiance, beautiful food and professional staff.Our meal was presented with perfect consideration, timing and efficiency with a corresponding level of friendly casual interaction that made the occasion one to remember and hopefully repeat in the future. Thanks again.
Lovely hotel, fantastic Food, lovely pool etc but a pity that the sauna and steam rooms are seperate to changing rooms only, a combined large Spa area with more facilities to reflect a 5 star experience would be nice.

HAD A LOVELY BRUNCH YESTERDAY ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES , DESSERTS HAVE IMPROVED , STANDARD NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED, HOWEVER WENT TO HAVE A DRINK AFTERWARDS IN THE LOUNGE AND HAD CHILDREN RUNNING THROUGH THE BAR AND OPENING THE DOORS TO THE GARDEN AND LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN AND WAS TOLD BY THEM DONT SIT THERE AS WE WANT TO PLAY AND WE WILL BE LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN.NOT HE EXPERIENCE I EXPECT IN A 5 STAR HOTEL , MANAGEMENT DID SPEAK TO THEM BUT TOO LITTLE EFFECT.AS A GARDA SUPERINTENDENT WAS IN THE COMPANY HE COMMENTED RE THE LICENSING LAWS, OVER TO YOU!
