The ibis Kitchen Restaurant is located on the first floor of the ibis Adelaide hotel and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering a full breakfast buffet between 6:30am and 10:30am from Monday to Friday, and 6:30am until 11am on Saturday and Sunday, as well as an all-day dining menu from 11:30am, which can be enjoyed in the Restaurant or adjoining Level One Bar. The bar spills out onto a balcony that overlooks the bustling Grenfell Street and is ideal for pre-dinner drinks, meeting friends and colleagues or to enjoy a nightcap after a long day.
Booked in online for my 50th birthday. On checkin to the hotel was told restaurant will be shut until January. Showed booking confirmation to staff and they said it was an error. I was ok with this as I was promised a phone call to make alternative arrangements as a lot of venues where closed until January. Never received the call from receptionist. Luckily we found an alternative, was not perfect but at least we could get in.
The bar could not offer cocktails, did not have any cider nor the wine I then decided to get from the wine list. The young guy at the bar was very good considering he was unable to offer nearly anything I requested. The food was nice and happy with the service considering the circumstances.
Feedback is don’t allow online bookings when the restaurant isn’t operating...
Unfortunately we did not stay to eat at the Ibis We arrived at the restaurant thinking it was table service but was not greeted warmly. We found no atmosphere food was a little expensive considering it felt like more of a cafe than a restaurant. It was really disappointing
Great food actually. Nicely served ... it's just that the place was empty. Not quiet. Empty!
Being an Accor member we got food at 50%. At that price it is great value. Well done scotch fillet was superb. Butter was also very good..
Very disappointed the eye fillet steak and the banoffi for dessert have been omitted from the dinner menu. This was the highlight of dining in the dining room for dinner.
Lovely food and excellent service and value.
We were disappointed to find out that you can no longer order a rib eye steak for dinner or a banoffee for dessert. This was the main highlight for having dinner at the Adelaide Ibid hotel. I hope you reconsider returning both items to the dinner menu when I return on the 26th of January for an overnight stay.
Very good value with the Accor A+ card discount. The place is nice and comfortable. However, the food was average and the place is under staffed.
Menu on website not same as in restaurant
This is my favourite place to have a delicious steak in SA. The banoffee is yummy for dessert too.
Have been for lunch a few times always good food and service by friendly staff
You can beat your eye fillet steak with bernaise sauce. I pay a few dollars more and substitute the beef cheek for another eye fillet steak it's that yummy. I highly recommend the eye fillet it is my favourite item on the dinner menu.

My eye fillet steaks where cooked to perfection and the side salad with dressing was extremely tasty the whole meal was perfection on the plate abd very yummy
I have my birthday dinner at the ibis Adelaide with my family and friends and we highly recomend dining here. There is a great selection to choose from. I love the boneless eye fillet steak. I pay another 5 dollars and substitue the beef cheek that comes with the eye fillet for another eye fillet and a few dollars for a bigger bernaise sauce it's that yummy and there is none left in the tiny sauce pan it comes in by the time I finish my meal. The chefs and the staff at the Ibis Adelaide are amazing. My friend who lives in the USA surprised me by cobtacting the ibis Adelaide and the chef sent him some birthday cake ideas via email. My friend chose one from the list and I had a strawberry sponge cake appear from the Kitchen complete with sparklers lol. The chef made my birthday cake from scratch. It was an exceptional birthday cake and I have nothing but high praise for the chef who made my awesome birthday cake for my birthday.I was really touched by the cake and my friend who made it happen from the other side of the world.
The food is exceptiional here with a great selection. I have many favourites especially the eye fillet steak with garlic mash potatoe, baby carrots and bernaise sauce for my steak yum.
Great food, great wine, great place and great company made for a great night.
The Ibis Kitchen is my favourite place to order a rib eye steak its delicious and a banoffie for desert
