Extraordinary times call for an extraordinary dining experience (after all we deserve a treat post lockdown) and Hot Stone’s Omakase is just that. With only a maximum of six diners at any one time, every seat is at the Chef’s table and the remainder of the restaurant is shut to provide private & an unforgettable dining experience.
Omakase, means ‘I’ll leave it to you’. The entire culinary journey is chosen by Executive chef Padam Raj Rai. Chef Padam has over 19 years of experience under his belt, having previously worked at Tsukiji, Nobu and Zuma, and diners can expect some of the finest skilled Japanese food to rival that of any of its West End counterparts.
The new Omakase menu is inspired by all things Japanese & made up of 17 or 18 courses. Expect, Wagyu & classic fish nigiris brushed with either 5, 10, 20 or 38 years aged soy sauce, fresh Japanese wasabi, Homemade tofu, Homemade rice wine, grilled aubergine ice-cream and wagyu chocolate.
