About Wildwood Hornchurch
A small collection of restaurants, serving freshly prepared food - with one simple aim; to serve great food delivered by friendly staff in a relaxed, homely environment. Whether you choose from the grill section, stone-baked pizza or our freshly prepared pastas, our passion for high quality dishes is the main focus across all of our restaurants.
Had a lovely evening, food was very good. Think would be good if you had a smaller size option for kids meals as 3 courses at the size they are was much too large for my 5 year old and so was wasted. Other than that, great night & would definitely come back.
Service was spot on, really lovely staff member who helped out with the choice of wine and was just altogether nice. Made the night very stress free and enjoyable.
Hi, We mostly enjoyed our meal at Wildwood Hornchurch. For me, I think the starters were the poorest part of the experience. My bruschetta toast wasn't cooked well, and there was a weird herb/flavour on the tomatoes that made them (for me) inedible. My partner thought that the presentation of her calamari dish wasn't great, and it was oily. My risotto was good, but for £14 I think the portion size was a bit small. My partner was happy with her ribs. The portion size was good, but I guess it should be for close to £20! The service was quick, and (if a little noisy) the atmosphere was good too. Thanks
Food was delicious. Service was quick.
Always a top night and great service.
Yet again amazing food and service. Highly recommend visiting.
Nice food. Waiter wasn’t as friendly as you’d want
Nice food very quick
Staff very professional and welcoming. Wine was reasonably priced and good. Food was good, will be back 😉
Great service! The food was amazing. I’ll be back soon that’s for sure.
The burgers are clearly not made fresh and are not as good as Byron
the only complaint I have is that we felt a bit rushed. The starters only took about ten minutes to arrive and then the main meal was served up virtually straight after. We had just finished that and our plates were taken away and the dessert menu was given to us.
Weekday dinner with a friend, we always have a lovely time here food is always good, service excellent and atmosphere just right so you can have a good chat without straining to hear each other.
We had a lovely time but found it a bit cold
Considering there was 30 if us, the staff did an excellent job of taking care of our needs. Thank you to all
Had a lovely lunch with friends and our kids, great food and great service!
Always decent food and lovely staff.
Me, my wife and our 2 year daughter came to celebrate our anniversary. We love eatting at wildwoods but this time the food was very bad. Our press toast starters were very nice and I ordered wild boar burger with sweet potato fries and my wife add order the calzone ( folded pizza ) the meat one. When it came my wife took a few bites and found it so sweet as thou it has sugur put in it so we send it back and the waitress was very helpful and supportive and Blighty my wife a pizza which she enjoyed. My wild boar burger was dry and the sweet potato fries were over cooked and very hard therefore I couldn't eat my whole meal. We had ordered the kids meal for my daughter enjoyed her breadsticks and jelly but her main she didn't enjoy the sausages which normally she enjoy eatting sausages at home. That night my daughter was very sick a d we were up all night with her making sure she was ok. Overall I will not be coming back to wildwoods any time soon which is a shame as we enjoy the food there but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and defo wasn't worth the £45 bill. I defo won't be recommending wildwoods to any family and friends any time soon. Kind regards, Mr Vishal Sharma
Tiniest criticism in that the amount of smashed avocado on my starter was almost non existent. Assume it had been smashed too hard. But otherwise I'm never disappointed with Wildwood.
Went to the Hornchurch WildWood, food was ok, service from waitress was not great, didnt seem like she wanted to be their, was hard work ordering as we changed our mind, seemed like that was a problem wouldnt go back in a hurry!
I had a 50% voucher I printed from website. I was told I could not use it because your restaurant didn't take it. I would only get 40%$ on Monday. I argued that there was nothing in the T&Cs that said this but was told no. I thought this was very bad. It should have been honoured on this occasion. Arguing with a customer is not good.
friendly service, and nice restaurant
The ?manager/supervisor is excellent but the waitress we had on this occasion was really miserable and made mistakes, such as forgetting to order one of the meals so we had to wait for it to be cooked after everyone else had got theirs. The ?manager was very good at sorting it out and she gave that meal as free of charge as compensation. The menu also seems quite limited now. Bring back the meatballs!!
