High Moor Restaurant was my favorite dining experience whilst visiting England. My lunch with Eva, Margaret, Sharon and Corwin was made extra special by your staff and the wonderful meal served. I only wish I could have dined there again over the Christmas/New Year holiday before returning to the USA! I plan to dine with you again if when I return :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Would recommend
Lunch time £20 for 3 course menu needs updating. Same choices last three months. A little more variety please.
Food amazing, had the lunch deal value for money had it twice now would be good if they could change the menu each month so your not eating the same food.
will visit again soon
The temperature was a little too warm for us which made the dining room rather stuffy. However, excellent value for money.
A really enjoyable meal. Would highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. Never fails to Impress
We (4) all thoroughly enjoy our Sunday afternoon 3 courses. Good selection of food to choose from. Value for money compared with lunch prices in restaurant pubs in general area. Two menus were on offer, Sunday lunch and a Specials menu, some items had a price supplement to add to the cost of the 2 or 3 courses on offer on the Sunday lunch menu. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing dining experience. Will be visiting again.
This was our first visit for a very long time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were there for late Sunday lunch so it was not busy which helped to make the lunch with friends very relaxed. Staff were great, food was great and atmosphere was just right for a catch up lunch with our friends. We will be back - and soon
We had a lovely family meal, 9 of us round the big table. We all loved our meals, cooked to perfection as always. By far my favourite restaurant in the northwest.
An enjoyable stress-free meal
One can only describe the taste of the food as divine.
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, would definitely recommend it would be good to change the menu monthly, definitely be back soon 👍 x
Excellent food and would return as recommend
Excellent Sunday lunch
A lovely meal as always and the staff were very attentive.
Some grisly meat in steak pie and felt there was too much salt in the soups for our tastes.
Came here for a birthday lunch with my parents who hadn't been in this place since they were dating 50 years ago. Food was very good, service even better and reasonably priced too, except for the kids ice cream priced at £4 per scoop. Higher than London prices on that front. Otherwise a lovely lunch.
Always a good experience
It was the best dining experience we have had for a very long time. Everything was superb. Thank you very much Tony Meakin
Really Nice atmosphere, lovely staff & good food with a choice menu
Lovely staff looked after us, was birthday celebrations and the food was delicious and table beautifully presented, definitely would book again, the chef and all the staff were brilliant
