About Highgrove House Hotel
Location, location, location - there is no finer view in Ayrshire than from the patio at Highgrove House Hotel on the outskirts of Troon, Ayrshire. Looking out from its spectacular hilltop position, along miles of coastline across the Firth of Clyde to the sensational beauty of the Isle of Arran, an ever-changing sky and glorious sunsets are yours to feast your eyes upon!
Always promising a warm welcome and offering panoramic views of Ayrshire, Highgrove has been owned and managed by the Costley family for 30 years and was the first Hotel in the Costley group.
The dishes which Highgrove is synonymous with, have been developed over the years to become our celebrated signature dishes. Highgrove is truly unique!
Slow service before ordering sweets and receding them. Everything else first class.
We often come for a meal here and have never been disappointed. We took the opportunity of using a voucher for an overnight stay and had a lovely relaxing stay with wonderful food
Lovely setting, lovely food, pleasant staff and oh what a view.
Excellent lunch - good menu for children too . Charming efficient staff - gorgeous views --- will be back !
We will definitely return.
One of our favourite restaurants. Always great food & service. It is also a fantastic location with great views. Have been going for years & would have no hesitation recommending Highgrove.
Amazing top quality food and service.
Only reason I deducted one star was because we had to ask for desert menu
Very nice place.
Such a friendly staff at this picturesque location. It's very relaxing here.
Relaxed and warm atmosphere enabled a lovely evening to be enjoyed
Excellent location and first class service and food.
Our reservation was made for the Christmas eve set menu, on arrival we were given the normal lunch menu, on speaking to staff we were informed that the general manager had withdrawn the set menu due to a lack of bookings, we were not informed of this prior to arrival although we had received various e-mails and phone calls to confirm our booking, we were naturally disappointed but decided to order food from the lunch menu which was ok but nothing more than a regular pub lunch, not what we had hoped for on Christmas eve.
A thoroughly enjoyable meal and experience
