A big THANK YOU to all of the people who work at Heacham Manor, in what has been a most difficult time of year. Everything down to the rooms and the food, was excellent. Could not fault our three day stay.
We had an incredible meal, all 3 courses were amazing and we really, truly enjoyed every bite. The French patisserie chef made the most delicious desserts! We were served by Sona and she was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. Also the man who served us at the bar then again at breakfast the next morning was an absolute delight, I'm sorry that I didn't get his name.
Our savoury Festive Feast afternoon tea was superb, and for us much better than the sweet version with too many cakes! Maybe a little relish or piccalilli would have just enhanced the pork pie and sausage roll, but perhaps that's being a bit pedantic and a personal preference! We would definitely recommend the experience, thank you.
Will book again when possible
Despite COVID-19 regulations- we had a wonderful couple of days. All staff are a credit to the business and worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything. The food was 1st class.
excellent time spent at Heacham Manor will go again for sure
Excellent hôtel, very comfortable and tastefully decorated room, excellent service with staff who were willing to talk, delicious dinner - 3 little pigs and chocolate brownie were especially excellent
Had a great time all the staff were excellent. Will definitely return.
Lovely location, excellent food and very comfy beds.
Atmosphere a bit lacking only because Covid had resulted in an empty restaurant! It will be better next time we visit.
Again a wonderful short break, super venue in a lovely location. Food was the same great quality. Yes the atmosphere was muted due to the Covid situation, however the true stars were all the staff, so friendly and helpful, nothing ever too much bother...thank you all.
Lovely venue and very friendly staff
Stayed at your hotel a few times. Never disappoints. Felt very safe in these strange time's.
Great value travel zoo deal, staff friendly and polite. Covid compliant, place spotless. Warm too as -1 outside. Food a good standard
Heacham Manor produce a good Sunday lunch with very generous portions and good quality food. The restaurant is decorated a little starkly and lacks atmosphere so unfortunately cant be described as a go to venue for special occasions. Which is a shame as the building is very attractive.
Dee the waitress was superb putting on Christmas music as we were the only ones there. It made it more special with all the Covid restrictions that have changed things
It is extremely difficult to rate any hotel in the current circumstances. Value for money gets a high rating as we had a special deal - otherwise I think it would have been expensive. The food was very good but the service rather slow. The cottage we were in was looking 'tired' and could do with an update. We had no hot water for the bath and we were unable to regulate the heating, and the rooms were boiling hot!
Good stay especially as it was the last day before lockdown.
first visit , a couple of small niggles but overall very happy and would consider booking again when next in the area
Thank you for an excellent stay. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the hotel is very Covid safe. Excellent food and lovely rooms
Heachem manor should be really proud as we felt safe the whole time with the measures they put in place. The staff are a great team of happy, helpful people and they now have a chef who is very good as the standard of food in the restuarant is great. Well done!!!
Great place to stay to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Fantastic food and excellent service.
A very good experience good food excellent service
Service and food were excellent. Staff really friendly. Food good quality will definitely come be back
