About Harringtons on the Hill
Select the finest and freshest ingredients, prepare them carefully and serve them simply and well. These are the skills learned by head chef Ryan New during his seven years at top London restaurants Langan‘s Brasserie and Langan’s Coq D'Or under the watchful eye of leading chef and restauranter Richard Shepherd.
Couple these exceptional culinary skills with the warm and friendly atmosphere of a small, almost rustic, restaurant and you have Harringtons on the Hill in Kenilworth.
There is nothing pretentious about this delightful restaurant. What you see is what you get - an uncomplicated high quality menu and a warm welcome.
The friendly and professional team can cater for any occasion. There is an upstairs for private dining. Whether it is for a morning or afternoon meeting, a birthday party or even that ultimate special day a, wedding celebration, Harringtons can do it all. A menu can be tailor-made to suit all guests needs and a perfect function can be organised whatever the specification.
Situated in a picturesque bow fronted cottage opposite Kenilworth Castle, the restaurant is the ideal place for a memorable dining experience.
Quite simply great food at excellent value.
A lovely venue to celebrate a special birthday.
Another amazing lunch at Harringtons - my favourite restaurant in Kenilwoth
Fabulous Sunday lunch
Our favourite place to eat. Great food, lovely staff and fantastic location. Also our friend has a nut allergy and she is always happy to eat at Harringtons as they look after her very well and never has a problem so it’s her favourite restaurant too.
first time visit after recommendation. Food and service were excellent and will certainly visit again.
Wonderful restaurant. Great food, atmosphere and value for money. Service impeccable.
Very happy with this restaurant and will be coming again, great food, ambience and swift service. Only concern I have, is if they had parking available?
Very pleasant and quaint environment and friendly service :)
We love Harringtons. It has a wonderful feel and staff and pleasant. Food this time was not up to the same quality we usually expect- the lamp shank wasnt as tender as I was hoping and mash not as flavoursome. I had to send creme brûlée back as wasn’t set. I have had the creme brûlée before and it is usually gorgeous so think we were just unlucky. However the waitress kindly offered to take our drink off which was a nice touch. We will be back x
Love this place! ~ always a real treat to eat here. Great atmosphere, friendly efficient staff and excellent food. Highly recommended
Always a fabulous meal.
lovely Sunday lunch
Fantastic little restaurant with an incredible and affordable menu. One of our favourites. Great atmosphere and superb food, we'll be back!
Lovely people, delicious food, great value, we will certainly come again
Quality and quantity of food very good. Service a bit slow. A bit noisy. Prices quite reasonable
We had a really lovely evening - great food, friendly service and catered really well for allergies. The atmosphere was perfect.
The reason for 3 stars for the service is that when ordering our desserts we were one dessert short. When we raised this they brought their pad and intimated it was our mistake which was not the case. I think this could have been handled better with the old "cliché the customer is always right". They did bring the dessert eventually but we had all eaten ours.
My uncle and I visited on Friday 18th October, birthday celebration for my uncle. The meal was excellent, friendly and professional service by all staff. Lovely atmosphere, quiet night, we both really enjoyed the evening. This is the second visit and we will be coming back. The food was well prepared and presentation was excellent. Overall a great evening, so thank you.
Hi the food was good but the steak came without the rocket salad and my creme brulee came without the shortbread. We were also offered no sauces with the main courses and we had to ask for more drinks.
The finest Sea Bass i've ever eaten. Cooked to perfection.
Harringtons on the Hill is a little gem of a restaurant. I would recommend this place to anybody who likes very good quality food at very reasonable prices. The Chef cannot be praised enough. The service is always excellent as well. I cannot wait for the next time I am able to visit.
Thank you for making our family celebration such a lovely event
Great food and will definitely go back.
Harringtons is the best place to eat in Kenilworth. Great food and lovely friendly staff and the loveliest location. It’s our favourite place. Best Sunday lunch too.
