Cocktails are quite expensive but most food reasonably priced. Like being able to chose music and the vouchers on the app.
Food wasn't so great, chicken was dry and food was not good value for money. Too expensive for what it was. Our waitress was wonderful though. Given wrong information on free cocktail on the app however this was honoured thankfully.
I took my Cousin who has a learning disorder plus’s two of his carers. We had a fantastic meal great value and very good service. Loved the buzzer. Easy access which was important. The word wall is very entertaining. We will be back👍👍👍👍
Initial service was ok however it got slower as the evening went on, we waited 3/4 of an hour for our mains. Food was average, ribs are supposed to be a specialty yet they where dry and tasteless.
Restaurant was freezing, food was dry and all tasted of herbs
I'm really sorry to provide such negative feedback, but it was a truly disappointing dinner. We were in the restaurant for over 2 hours. Everyone in the restaurant was very polite, but the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. We had an unwashed glass provided to one of my kids. it took at least 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and take a drinks order. Then almost 30 minutes for some appetizer and another 30 minutes cooling our heel's while we waited for our mains. There were two big parties at the time - although the restaurant was not full. Neither appeared very happy with the service. The manager was run off his feet. When I asked about the status of our meal I was told that there 'had been a delay'. The manager was very polite after I spoke with him but still it took another 15 minutes before we saw got our meal. Tasty enough when we got it, but by then we were already to wound up to enjoy it. From the looks of things the other clientele felt the same. There were 3 men disputing a bill and another large party disputing theirs.
Waited 40 mins to get a drink, once we had these we asked how long our food would be and we were told not long! An hour and half went by and we still didn’t have our food!! people around us were complaining about cold food and wrong orders so we ended up leaving! Not a great experience at all
Great new restaurant in Camberley town centre. Fresh new American diner look and feel, great food & service and the kids loved the food...
Lovely meal, great choice on menu. Everyone really enjoyed.
I didn’t complain at the time but looking back I wish I did. The staff are all lovely and friendly but the food was awful. I had chilli and it was floating in grease, the rice was over cooked and it was tasteless. My husband had steak which he ordered medium, let’s just say it was past well done! Over priced and would not return.
Great looking new restaurant, menu choice(midweek menu) was great choice/Value for money and food came quick but some food was overcooked and too book a group booking proved very difficult due to lack of communication between staff. Would return to try again tho!!
We spent over 3 hours in the restaurant which wasn’t out of choice. Service was extremely slow. Although our starters came out relatively quickly we then had to wait around an hour for our mains to come out (table of 4) and a similar amount of time for 2 puddings. We had to send one of the mains back as the salad was dry and inedible. The sharing bucket of churros were stale and really not very nice at all. We are a few and asked for these to be taken off the bill. Staff didn’t once offer us any more drinks during our meal. We had to ask twice for water refills which took a while to arrive. No attention was given to the fact cutlery was used for the starter and we had to ask for fresh sets. Priority was given to clearing and resetting a table when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and no one was waiting to be seated instead of taking our orders or clearing plates. Given there were plenty of waiting staff compared to the number of customers made the speed of service unacceptable. Staff shouldn’t have to announce they are new when seating us as they should have been provided adequate training prior to their shift. We left feeling very dissatisfied. We won’t be visiting again.
Food took over an hour and when it did arrive, wasn’t that great. We got some meals taken off the bill as we were so disappointed. Service buttons are a good idea but staff were not knowledgable at all and couldn’t really answer questions.
Great service. Food was good and we’ll received by everyone. Value may be a little over priced.
So much choice on the menu and decent prices!
Lovely food and very good service .
Service was terrible, it took over an hour to actually get any food and the staff weren't very friendly. We did order off the lunch menu, which was reasonable value for money, but had we paid full price I would have been hugely disappointed. I won't be returning in a hurry!
Very pricey I’ve tasted better and bigger portions for less
Requested a bench seat as it is easier with our toddler than a high chair but told they were reserved for 6 people (we were a table of 5!) yet there was a table of 4 and another of 2 on them, but fine we sat on a table of 4! 3 bench seats remained empty during our whole visit! Chicken burger was awful, no taste, no Cajun as menu stated, the bun was so wet that I had to scoop the wet out of it. Returned the burger and told them there was no flavour and no Cajun slice at all. We were told that that was because of an other complaint of too much spice so they decided to not put any on! Any they agreed to Change it and toast the bun. By the time my food came my whole family had eaten, I had to sit and eat an average meal on my own while my husband then had to entertain our youngest who was bored of sitting in a high chair by this point! Def not the family dinner out that we had expected and def not worth the £70 it cost us. Very disappointed and wouldn’t bother trying again! A real shame as if done right it would be just what Camberley needed.
Can't really complain about my meal. But my son's was was quite poor. Just a peice of chicken n corn on the cob on the plate, looked very unappetizing. But he ate it wanting more, which was forgotten about, however teething problems I think. Need to offer a bit more veg. But in all.. Good place to go.
Awful first visit waited for over an hour for our starter came out cold ! Then waited a further hour for main overcooked ! Don’t think anyone got food on time ruined husbands birthday meal THEN got a bill for £150 which they knocked off £40 worth it no way. We be our first and last visit Shame as looked like it would be something needed in Camberley worry less about the buzzer and app and more about the reason we visited the food !!
The food could not be faulted cooked well and presented well , drinks came relatively quickly - staff were accommodating to the requests of the course served . The one thing we found slightly disappointing was the length of time waited to receive the starters to having plates cleared to then having to wait for the main meal to arrive which seemed too long in between courses yet dessert delivered very quickly after waiting for plates to be cleared away . The time that we went was neither early or late and even though there were tables that had larger parties it would have been nice to have been informed how long the initial wait time would have been before ordering our meals to receiving them waited
I like how you can put in song requests
Service was friendly & quick. Cocktail wasn’t great, tasted of pure rum & nothing else, glad it was a free one! Ribs were good but buffalo wings were dry & had hardly any sauce. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Bubblegum icecream was nice but vanilla was cheap & was full of ice. Not sure I’d return.
