Take a seat at our intimate pool and fireside dining venue. Carefree luxury meets effortless elegance at Graze restaurant. Enjoy fiercely seasonal, regional cuisine served by some of the most genuine and friendliest wait staff you’ll ever meet.
The new Graze lunch and dinner menus are in a farm to plate style with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options.

We are sorry but this restaurant is not currently accepting online reservations through ResDiary.
We’ve been dining at Graze regularly over the last 12 months. We love the atmosphere, warmth and friendliness from the staff and the incredible food. The new menu is impressive and we were delighted to see so many seafood choices along with all our other favourites. Ighly recommend a pre-dinner drink poolside inn firepit Fridays.
Great food very well presented Caring polite staff
Highly recommended place to have a yummy breakfast with family.
Excellent stuff thank you so much. We love it
When spending close to $100 on a bottle of red wine I would have expected red wine glasses. Too much chilli and lime with the kingfish ceviche. Main courses very nice
One of my favourite places to eat for special occasions Always great food, service and atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Love Fire pit Friday too!
Beautiful quality food and a great atmosphere. The staff were professional and effecient but still able to have a joke. Great place!
The food at Graze is amazing.
Three out of four were very disappointed with their meal. It’s the second time I have had steak - no flavour at all.
A lovely place to dine and enjoy a glass or two
when i want to do a tasting menu id like to know what we r having not be surprised by whatever is left over in the kitchen... it be handy if they didn just dumped the dish & wine and ran - its always nice to be informed of what it is and where its from etc etc........it was a service comedy that left us speechless, comparing to other wine matched degustatuions weve had elsewhere... the food was good though!
One of the best steaks I have ever had, superb!
Chai and turmeric lattes were sweetened with extremely sweet syrup which was not stated on the menu. We were unable to drink them. Our waitress was a bit rude and it took forever for her to amend our bill. However the buffet breakfast is great value for money and atmosphere was 10/10!
Always a wonderful dining experience and always on the least of ‘must dos’ when we have visitors
The atmosphere was lovely & the food quality amazing
I think the winelist is overpriced
Beautiful fresh local produce. Excellent service and delicious meals.
Some dishes were nice, some were just ok. Also the balance in the tasting menu was not right. We were given two mushroom pasta/risotto dishes.
While we appreciate the friendly staff and the Byron vibe, there is an expectation of professional service and well trained staff.
The bread was the best I’ve ever tasted, lovely meal.
We had a family weekend stay and everyone had a great time and the food service and drinks were all fantastic... Would definitely recommend and return.
The food was absolutely amazing, but service was a bit slow, had to wait ages before we were able to order. But otherwise everything was just beautiful. Thank you!
