Absolutely phenomenal service from the waiters, the perfect level of attentiveness, very professional and selected the most amazing wines to go with the menu. The food was to die for and left us feeling very satisfied.

Fantastic evening, the food was outstanding and absolutely exceeded expectations. The lemon cheesecake dessert with Basil Sorbet was one of the best desserts i have ever had ! Service was great, attentive without being too intrusive. Nics knowledge of wine and explanations of each course really enhanced the evening. Good luck with getting back to normality and thanks for a perfect experience.

Father’s Day evening - we were the only family on the terrace but despite a mix up with a veggie burger and a chicken burger the waitress was so attentive and polite and nothing was too much trouble Very enjoyable thank you

We had a lovely afternoon on the terrace. Food was excellent. Drinks were flowing. Fabianne and the guys looked after us and were extremely friendly and helpful Music was not our choice but everything else was tops

Excellent service on the Terrace . Social Distancing adhered to, right questions asked before accepting our reservation, Including temperature check. Vert impressed with the set up. Afternoon tea delicious. Waiters professional and courteous.

Staff were lovely and really made it valentines vibes which was extra special. Every drink we got we had nibbles to go with it free of change which you don’t get anywhere else at all .

We recently stayed for a long weekend celebrating a birthday. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly. Requests were promptly attended to and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The two twin rooms we were allocated were spacious and tastefully decorated, both with balconies and a spectacular view of Elizabeth Castle. Breakfast was generous and cooked to order. There was plenty of choice and the waiting staff were charming and polite. This was in spite of the fact the team seemed under staffed particularly noticeable on Saturday and Sunday when the hotel was busier. We also ate at Tassili which was astoundingly good (we have submitted a separate review of the restaurant). We made frequesnt use of the spa facilities which were ambient and fragrant, however we found the pool over chlorinated and the treatment booking system rather confusing and a bit chaotic ie; the treatments 2 of us booked were not the treatments we received! However we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea which was part of the spa package and included champagne; a fitting end to a memorable trip. Overall our stay was extremely good value and we'd wholeheartedly recommend.

Booked one of the domes for an evening with friends. It was a very good evening and it’s a unique way to spend the evening.. the service was excellent and will definitely book again next winter.
