Service is slow, more needed on bar
1st visit Saturday day few weeks ago, 2nd Friday evening 2 compare day versus night + then returned for my 3rd visit to undertake further discussion the next afternoon = we decided it's better during daylight hours! Staff cannot do enough, so friendly + helpful, enthusiastic to answer all our inane questions? Howard u done well, ur dad would be proud of you, best wishes + good luck 4 the future
I reserved a table to have a celebratory drink for my friends 50th birthday. Table was lovely and staff were very accommodating. Our negatives were that the beer glass served was dirty and that the wine glass had a chip on the top rim which were both sent promptly back - not what I expected for 5*. Not sure I would recommend to friends or indeed be rushing back myself as didnt feel it was worth the money.
Service was a bit slow, even though the evening was quiet however, although cocktails were expensive they were equally amazing.
Really enjoyed the views and atmosphere. The staff were very helpful. Will definitely return.
Outstanding service and the staff was fabulous and extremely friendly. Will definitely be back on account of them.
Amazing views of Belfast
Amazing views fantastic staff
We arrived and were shown to the table then had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken. We only were served when we called a waitress over. She said that we were left because she thought one of our party was at the toilet all that time! She had seen that there was four of us who arrived and would've saw the booking at the reception. Anyway she was taking our order and my wife was deciding on what vodka to have, I mentioned the Irish Potato Vodka; I never heard of it before that was all. The waitress stopped talking to the others and sternly said to me "sir, I'll think you'll find that all vodka is made from potatoes". It was a bit of a surprise to be spoken to like that... I wasn't sure about leaving this review, I don't want to get anyone in trouble despite the poor treatment but if this is meant to be a premium hotel charging premium prices is not good enough really. It's a unique experience in Belfast but service needs to be improved before I could recommend it to anyone.
Kamila and all the team were absolutely superb at their jobs!Very attentive and welcoming!
Lovely place to stay , staff very attentive and pleasant. Views from bedroom amazing ! Totally recommend a stay in this new modern hotel !!
The service was wonderful and all the staff at the hotel made the experience magical.
We had a wonderful experience. The girl who looked after us was so professional and attentive, as were all the staff. The food looked beautiful and tasted delicious too. I look forward to returning Thank you so much. X
It was an excellent experience from start to finish and the views are simply amazing.
Really fantastic experience, food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Staff were so attentive and courteous, will definitely be back.
Hotel was lovely and room lovely however my meal was appalling. I have never once sent a meal back and we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed and it was a 30th birthday stay. The meal ruined it for us.
Absolutely loved everything about it however can I suggest a self playing grand piano just to give it a little more atmosphere.. but everything else speaks for itself views service drinks and food all incredible well done to all’
Excellent afternoon out
Fabulous setting & delicious afternoon tea. We had a small issue with service but this was expertly & professionally dealt with by Paul Frame. Drinks are very expensive but for a special occasion this is a beautiful place to visit.
Great views around the city! Drinks too expensive and really didn’t taste that good. I got a mojito that didn’t even have mint or crushed ice! Service from our waiter was great but 25 minutes to wait on a drink that really didn’t taste that good! Also a very loud drunk and obnoxious customer was in disturbing people we asked to be moved and that was grand, but no staff asked them to respect others. Next time I want a good view of Belfast I’ll go to cave hill for free!
Lovely evening in the clouds watching the sunset with a loved one
Emma was a wonderful hostess she was able to relate very well to our group of mixed ages we were celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary and they felt very much st ease.
Extremely friendly staff, very informatiive about tea. Lovely experience.
