We really enjoyed our Valentine's date night. The staff were amazing as always. Super efficient and polite.
I dealt mainly with Emma Patterson. She is excellent and could not do enough for me.On the day, Tamsin was in charge and also ensured that everything went smoothly. Many of my friends who were there tolf me how much they enjoyed the function and what you did for us.
We had been there twice in the last three weeks while staying over night in transit. Food quality was poor and inconsistent. Meat were over cooked (some tasted like leftover meats threw into the sauce). Roasts at the carving station were sliced up and left dried under the heat lamp - wasting a good piece of meat. The only salvation is excellent salmon sashimi and smoked salmon. Good variety of deserts.

Great, friendly service - full attention paid to requests for quiet spot suited to walking disability. Only down side -the fillet steak, though nicely cooked and presented was a little tough and hard to cut. The runner on the table was a nice little touch for a birthday dinner - appreciated!

Good selection of food. However there didn't appear to be any gluten free bread for one of our dining party.
Thanks for the feedback Denise. We do have gluten free bread available but try to keep it in the kitchen. Think a wee sign may be required

Pleasant & friendly staff, not quite as much choice of meat dishes or desserts as before Christmas but still good value for superannuates.
Thank you for the feedback Lynette. we will keep an eye on what is being put out but I am not aware of any changes that have been made. we change the dishes daily so sometimes there is not as much meat but more vegetarian or fish. we will monitor. Thank You

The scrambled eggs were horrible, the taste & texture not good at all. We mentioned this to the wait staff, she returned from the kitchen/chef to offer scrambled or poached eggs from the kitchen which was much appreciated. The other brunch dishes were good.

I went for breakfast with two friends. The buffet worth every dollar and more. The food is perfect, the staff is amazing!!! I am talking about a 6 stars staff, and i have been in many places around the world, cheers for that. Great energy and variety of food. Well done! Looking forward to come back with my family
