About Godolphin Arms
Enjoy table service, sit back and relax in one of our light bathed and restful spaces - all with far-reaching views out over Marazion, Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount. Sit in the glass and zinc extension, with doors that open out for al fresco dining during the summer months. Celebrate with family or friends around the intimate Captain's Table that seats nine, or alternatively, relax in our upper deck that has easy sofas, comfy chairs and a log burner. On the lower deck, walk straight in off the beach to the chilled-out Beach Bar. Outside, the beach terrace is a place to linger, absorb the astonishing views of Mount's Bay and simply watch the world go by.
Really friendly, great booking service, nice menu and fabulous views. Just what you want by the seaside and the prices are reasonable for the location! We go every time we visit.
Very helpful waitress
Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.
Food was good but would have liked a few more ‘basic’ items on the menu
Lovely food and great service, would highly recommend.
Lovely view of the Mount while enjoying our food. Staff were friendly and very accommodating service was good. The food was really lovely and we so enjoyed our meal. I would definitely recommend also a bonus of being dog friendly.
We've loved the refurbished G Arms from the moment it was completed, but more recent changes to the menu, and possibly chef / management have left us disappointed. We always want to bring visitors, as it's such a stunning place to be, but tonight, the food was very average. A limited menu, without much any of us found tempting, with odd accompaniments. (A whole plaice on the bone, with a kind of Greek salad, that was it...?!). Anyway, we won't be rushing back, sadly....
Lovely meal in a beautiful setting. This was a return visit and we certainly weren’t disappointed.
Enjoyable stay- fantastic location & view. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, informative & professional. Hotel & Room - clean & well presented. Cleaning staff were helpful & friendly. Food was well presented, although breakfast was over cooked. Restaurant staff unorganised, failed to check back at evening meal & gave dessert menu, but failed to return to take an order, so we gave up waiting in the end. Attention to appearance & attitude could be improved - clearly the male waiting staff do not smile & avoid engagement with the customer. Not keen on having dogs in the restaurant for evening meals - became a nuisance to staff & others eating a meal. Car parking attendant giving different message to customer, to that of written instructions from the hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality food highly recommend
Very enjoyable, lovely food and courteous and helpful staff. Thank you
A great time had by all. Lovely food and friendly service. Thanks to staff at the Godolphin.
Great staff Great hotel
Terrific food, great staff and an awesome view!
Lovely. Very accommodating waitress and great food.
Seafood was very tasty, thank you for nice evening.
Had a wonderful meal at the Godolphin, bit of a mix up with reservation times but they kept the table for us, which we were very grateful for. Had a wonderful view of the mount. The crab mac n’cheese was delicious. Definitely book again, thank you.
Lovely stay for a special wedding anniversary. Team looked after us and gave us great seating to enjoy the views. Great food and great service, balanced with just the right attention. Thank you team Goldophin
Fantastic service from start to finish. Food was perfectly fine but nothiing notably great. Atmosphere is very bland; decor and furnishings unimaginitive. All salvaged by the glorious internal and external view of St Michael’s mount.
Unfortunately, my lamb steak was very tough and I couldn't eat most of it. I spoke to the waiter when my wife had finished her meal and with no fuss, a decent refund was made.
Lovely food, great atmosphere and a gorgeous view!
Thank you so much for accommodating my request to be seated in the bay window. 4 of my friends have not been to your Hotel, but thought it amazing and will return. Great service, friendly staff and wonderful food. Such a shame we have to pay £4.50 to park in Marazion.
Been here a couple of times before and had lovely food and service, but this visit was very disappointing. We had to wait for our table a while because they had sat us in a dog free zone and we had two dogs with us. Lots of food and drink not avilable that was on the menu. My toddler had to pick three different meals has one they didn’t do the meat in child potions then ran out of second one so ended up share my meat with her, but then had to ask for the rest of her dinner. I ordered lamb to eat but I couldn’t even cut through it so ended up eating about two pieces then had to leave the rest. Had to keep asking our waitress for things has she kept forgetting things. Waiting ages to pay our bill while staff was just stood about.
Excellent lunch, beautiful view. Will recommend to family and friends.
Excellent friendly staff, rooms well equipped and clean, food lovely and well presented. Absolutely wonderful location right on the beach and superb views of St Michael's Mount
