About Glovers Alley
Glovers Alley is a fine dining Restaurant overlooking the beautiful surrounds of Stephen's Green.
Chef/Owner Andy McFadden as and his talented team create beautifully presented, impeccable, elegant dishes while the Front of House team provide an exceptionally memorable guest experience.
Exceeded all our expectations which were pretty high in the first place!
Only flaw was not recognising the 70th birthday I had mentioned on the phone earlier in the day! Otherwise, a very special evening.
Enjoyed a family birthday meal with lots of unexpected extras and great service.
Lovely food (& Decor) experience!
I was so impressed with the experience that I posted a review on Trip Advisor!! Thank you for such a wonder experience, Andy and Team, and for being so genuinely welcoming and kind to my parents. The tour of the kitchen made their night!!!
Amazing food excellent service exceptional experience thank you
Excellent dinning experience - food was excuisite and service was perfect. We will be back
Dear Andy, Celebrated my wife's birthday in your restaurant on Tuesday last. Had a wonderful meal,(all 3 of us). We enjoyed each course immensely - food served had a great blend of flavours, beautifully presented. Service from all was very professional while also unobtrusive. Thank you so much. Best wishes for continued success.
Excellent! Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Food was outstanding.
There are no words to describe the quality of food, wine & service! Exceptional everytime I dine here. Can't recommend highly enough!
This is my second visit to Glover's Alley and the food experience was once again outstanding. As I went this time on a Tuesday night the place was a bit quiet - but our first time there the atmosphere was very pleasnat
Great meal at Glovers Alley. I would highly recommend.
The restaurant manager/sommelier was fansastic.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Again we had a lovely evening in the restaurant and look forward to our next visit. Many thanks Andy and team.
2nd visit. Stunning food & great service
Best value early bird menu in Dublin.Had the suckling Pig before on the dinner menu and got the same dish on the early bird this time, same extras, same service, couldn't understand how few people were there with such great value.
Had the most amazingly delicious tasting menu with my friends for International Women’s Day on 8th March. Atmosphere was lovely and service was superb. Andy came to visit the table and his passion for food was so evident and infectious- we will definitely be back and will do the matching and ones next time
I was very impressed with Glovers Alley. We turned up late because of traffic and a clueless taxi driver, we were already under pressure because of having to make the NCH before 8. From the moment we went into the restaurant, the staff put us at ease, and delivered on their promise of delivering excellent food, from the e bread and amuse bouches at the start through both courses and excellent wine accompanying the food. My cod mains was delectable, likewise the piglet belly of my partner. How fine dining should be, my only regret is the limited time period we had to enjoy it all. And at pre-theatre prices, excellent value.
What a great place . Food and staff fantastic . Haven’t had a better dining experience for many years .
We had a fab night for my partners birthday, the service was great all staff very attentive, the food was amazing prawns were so soft they were like butter, we had brill and deer for mains both of which were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back again
Dining at Glover's Alley was an exceptional experience. I can't say enough about the service, the atmosphere and least of all the delectable food. We had the good fortune to also meet with chef.
First visit to this restaurant. Excellent food and service, will definitely organise a return visit.
We had the pleasure along with friends to dine at Glovers Alley on Saturday night. The food was delicious and so full of flavors. The staff made us feel very welcome and looked after us very well. It was also a pleasure to meet Andy too a very talented chef indeed. Best of luck in the future with the restaurant.
Food was excellent on the tasting menu! The non-chocolate dessert (coconut rice pudding) was actually better than the regular one. The only wine we didn't like was the dessert wine (but I don't like dessert wines in general). The beet tartare was outstanding and the scallops were amazing.
