About Wildwood Gerrards Cross
A small collection of restaurants, serving freshly prepared food - with one simple aim; to serve great food delivered by friendly staff in a relaxed, homely environment. Whether you choose from the grill section, stone-baked pizza or our freshly prepared pastas, our passion for high quality dishes is the main focus across all of our restaurants.
Fantastic food and atmosphere . Can't wait to come back !!!
Arrived for reservation and were told that the kitchen was not working and hence no food. Considering we have booked a table I found it extremely rude that we were not contacted about the unavailability if food. The problem occurred he night before according to the waiter and hence there was appropriate time to inform us. We were then left trying to find somewhere else to eat on a Saturday night. Not impressed.
A very good family restaurant
Amazing food and fantastic service
We Booked a table for 8 as we were meeting up with friends we’d not seen for a while. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was fabulous. We will definitely be going back again.
Wonderful flavours and brilliant portion sizes
Everything was quick and tasty
Very nice meal. Good service, great night.
Bit disappointed with my main course and pudding - bit bland but ok. The menu has changed and some of the best things have been taken off - particularly with the starters and puddings.
Food and service was fantastic! We went for my son’s birthday and the staff went the extra mile to make it a wonderful meal. Thank you.
Always have a good experience at Wildwood Gerrards Cross. We have had many family celebrations there and casual dining too and come away feeling satisfied. If, on the rare occasion, something hasn't been quite right the friendly staff always sort it out.
Expensive for what you get. Nearly £6 for a pint of the only draught beer available. £16 for a rack of ribs, just two of several examples.
Quite noisy, staff were chatting amongst themselves and ignored us for quite some time - food great though - car park too small
I find it good value for money
Been coming to the Wildwood for a while now and every visit is never a disappointment. Love the range of choices on the menu and always something appealing and tasty! Friendly staff who always make us feel welcome.
Another most enjoyable evening at Wildwood, with greta pizza and excellent wine. Ambience is also perfect! Thanks much.
The food is good here, the service was rushed & ingenuine, atmosphere was really lacking.
Been here many times, always been happy with food and service
Excellent food and superb service from the team at Wildwood Gerrards Cross. I've left a good Trip Advisor review as well.
Very quick service and food very freshly cooked
If you are catching up with friends for a chat it is necessary to choose you table wisely because it can get very loud and impersonal.
I alays have the same food (baked brie followed by risotto) because it is soo gorgeous. I can;t bring myself to try something different
The food is, as always, top notch.
Ii have to be honest, I was disappointed. I had heard good things hence the reason for choosing the venue, however I do feel the food warranted the cost. We had tried to order steak for two of our party but apparently they had sold out at 2pm on a Bank Holiday?!?! Poor show!!! My daughter left the majority of her main course as she did not like it, we weren’t asked why, they just cleanred the plates away..mine lacked flavour & was meant to be a sandwich, it arrived (looking thrown together)in a brioche bun. I think I am unlikely to return as after paying approx £30 per head, I was left unimpressed by the visit.
