Food was excellent, service great. Smoked fish appetizer could have been a great meal.
Excellent, we have no suggestions for improvements. Quality, quality and quality for food, service and atmosphere. Christine and Finlay
Wonderful restaurant and staff. Amazing food. Would highly recommend.
Love Gamba food and service fantastic.
Fabulous food and very attentive service.
We visited the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I have booked the table via Internet and the procedure was easy and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff friendly and attended. We had three course meal which every single one was delicious. Presented fine and in right temperature. Mostly we had seafood which includes oysters, seabass, scallops and monkfish among others. Dessert came with a candle for my birthday and was delicious as well. Lovely music choices. Definitely the price reflects the quality which was superb. We enjoy every bite.
Stunning seafood cocktail for starter !
As usual, a great meal, with attentive but unobtrusive staff. Food excellent, with the crab and coriander soup and cod main to die for. Will recommend to friends and revisit when next in Glasgow.
Yet another wonderful meal at Gamba! Excellent food, superb service and ambiance. Keep up all the good work!
Arrived a little early and were not shown to our table instead asked to wait in the Bar area. I find this off putting especially when driving and unable to enjoy a nice cocktail. Would have been happy to sit at table until time for service. We often frequent the restaurant and this has never happened before.
Staff were excellent and attentive as usual. A pleasure to eat here, a great .
Bellissima serata
We had a lovely time, super sharp service, delicious food and our foreign guests said 'best meal they have had in Glasgow'.
Great meal, first time there and would go back again. One slight issue is I'm not a butter lover and my fish was swimming in it, apart from that lovely meal.
a real good seafood restaurant
Once again, just a wonderful experience. Food is just sooooo good. Loved the Greek wine of the month.
Loved my meal on Saturday, delicious food and excellent service. Slightly surprised that either langoustine or fresh crab is not on the menu.
Fantastic food. Great service.
Staff very pleasant and attentive, food first class.
Great food and service, first time at Gamba but will definitely be back.
On arrival the restaurant seemed quite dark overall. But we were fortunate to have a window seat. As we were early were planning to have the Pre-theatre menu and had our 125ml glass of wine prior to our table. However my wife decide to go for the A la carte menu because she loves scallops. We ordered the Petit Balon wine with our dinner.
Excellent service & good value
Food and was excellent and the service was quietly efficient and attentive. Up there with the best of them.
