Gorgeous food and staff very attentive
Your fish cake is outstanding and should really be promoted as your signature dish! Nice touch with the pickled onions too. Great selection of food, would love to see your own take on coddle added to the menu, maybe as the nights close in. Fantastic experience and lovely staff.
Best place around for great food , drinks and for any occasion , brunch , lunch or dinner always amazing !
Well anther fab evening at Gallagher's . Big hello from James and we were seated , got me favourite fish cakes for starters , they were delicious! Main course was again fish , the cod, one of the best around really fab . Bright my own prosecco so the standard food and what you pay is unrivalled. BYODrink is great idea ...Gallagher one of the best restaurants around go try now ! For all occasions..
We went for a late meal. Food was lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly and didnt rush us at all despite being quite late 👌🏻
Always excellent service, value and food.
Worst meal I have ever received and worse service. Staff sat in booth beside kitchen chatting. Burger was burnt and second dish I received was worse - goats cheese was rock hard and lettuce leaves were bitter. Received 4 chicken wings for 9 euro :-(
Dinner with friends was a delight and a pleasure for us all. We were all very pleased with our meals and the service was excellent from Michelle. The three course meal for thirty euro is great when the BYOB is an option. Everything was good about the evening, and we have all decided to make it our regular for get togethers. I brought the rest who hadn't been before so now there is six new Gallagher customers.
Very good value for money :-)
Great place. Great food. Great location. Why did I not know about this place. Marketing maybe 1 star. Thanks for a great evening. Robbie
Great menu choice for good value Service was excellent, staff very friendly and efficient
Staff were friendly but service was slow. The food was only OK for such an expensive menu. Had been here 10 months prior and it was much better.
Great place with great food and excellent staff. Highly recommend Gallagher and co
Always receive a lovely meal here and the staff are so nice!
Went for brunch and was brunchtastic ! Got the pulled pork sambo and it was delicious, along with fries .... my friend got chicken with salad and again really nice sambo . We got two deserts , chocolate fondant was yum and cheesecake with mango was fab also . BYOW great as makes the brunch really good value for money . Staff where so nice ....
We all order goats cheese salads to start but I got the beetroot for us all so I have to share it out from my bowl it was funny and we didn't say anything. It was a wonderful evening and we will definitely go back.
Service very bad. Rushed through meal. Plates taken from table as people were still eating from them.
I love this place.
Staff and service great , James always has a friendly welcome . Food definitely improved , good looking and tasting food . I think between 4 and 6 should be an early bird all week. Corkage good bit price increasing so I would keep and eye on that ! But well well recommended! Go and try this place it's great .
I enjoyed the restaurant but I found the staff were not very attentitive and were slightly rude when serving. The restaurant is fab but I really feel your waiting staff really let you guys down. Also very strange that they were just sitting in the kitchen area up on the food prep areas, put me off my food.
Goats cheese salad was great Our steaks were all over cooked and my friends fish was cold. Otherwise atmosphere and service were good
Service wasn't great, staff not busy but not hugely attentive. Food was just ok. I had cod main course with very small piece and it wasn't cooked with any real love, no flavour and served with pretty much the same salad I had with goats cheese starter. I was unimpressed but others made better choice I think. Cheesecake had no biscuit in it so while flavour was nice it wasn't a cheesecake as far as I was concerned. I probably wouldn't rush back unfortunately
Early bird special was particularly good value.
As always the food was beyond delicious! I would highly recommend the fish cakes and the goats cheese salad. Believe me you will not be disappointed.
