Lovely meal with good service
Very good service and tasty food
The staff were all very helpful on Saturday night. When we arrived the drinks packages which we had preordered wasn’t entirely correct but the staff fixed it very quickly. I was very happy with my overall experience and had a great night. We had 3 members of our party who was gluten free and then accommodated them brilliantly. The staff knew what they were doing and I couldn’t thank them enough. I will definitely recommend Galgorm to friends and family and I will be back again in the future.
Had an amazing day at Harry Potter afternoon tea xx Skye and Zack loved it x The magician was great x Staff brilliant xxx Will go again x
Attended for the Harry Potter themed afternoon tea. Fantastic atmosphere and food was great.
We had a fantastic time at the Harry Potter afternoon tea and we hope there will be many more. We are also Disney lovers so hoping there might be one soon
The Harry Potter themed afternoon tea was amazing. Great for both adults and kids. The attention to deal for the theme was amazing. Staff were wonderful and so attentive. We all had a really great day. Obviously the food was great as always. Will definitely book another themed tea and highly reccommend.
Excellent Harry Potter Afternoon Tea - brilliant atmosphere and wonderful staff!
Fabulous Harry Potter event. Thoroughly enjoyed by adults and children 😀
Hi... this event was organised very well. the room was beautiful, someone greeted us and showed us to our seats and the invitations and menus were lovely. The magician was great and the staff were all very friendly. Unfortunately the food, in my opinion was not of great quality. My soup was cold, and the sandwiches lacked any real flavour. The scones with jam and cream were delicious and were the quality I expected, beautiful. The desserts weren't great either, the chocolate orange cups were disgusting, I am not a picky eater at all and I couldnt stomach it.... and while I know you cannot cater for everyones taste, I would never serve dark chocolate to a child, i thought the wand was a fantastic idea using the breadstick, but as it was dark rather than milk chocolate my son couldnt eat it. I would have also put jugs of water on the table as the poor waitresses were tortured by people asking individually for glasses which was very time consuming for them.
The Harry Potter afternoon tea was fantastic. The attention to detail was amazing. So much better than I expected. Will definitely be back again
Excellent day out, thoroughly enjoyable, would definitely recommend it to friends
Afternoon tea Harry Potter style was amazing. So detailed deffo a must at Halloween.
We attended the princess party and I was surprised how well run it was and plenty of food for all as everyone had their own platter . Food was Devine and my daughter just loved her day out with the princesses. Highly recommend. Thank you
Lovely day out at the princess afternoon tea. My daughter loved every minute
very well thought out, very clean and the food was first class.
Wonderful day at the Princess Afternoon Tea Party, such lovely service from all staff and the princesses were fabulous! Karen could not have been more helpful when getting info and then booking, such a lovely personable manner and pleasure to deal with.
Afternoon tea definitely not up to the standard of what you would get in the conservatory. Scones were cold and hard. Lemon cake was stale like it had been sitting out. Children’s tiara shortbread was so thick and doughy in the middle. Teacups not set out for the children, all the children at our table their parents had to ask to get them cups. Lemonade given to my daughter but she doesn’t like fizzy drinks, asked a member of staff for diluted juice and they never came back, even though cordial is on the menu provided. My daughter did like the entertainment but kept asking where Snow White and Sleeping beauty where, thought they’re would be more models dressed up. A lot of children were upset that some got presents in pass the parcel... perhaps each child next year could get a small something especially due to the price. Don’t think I would take my daughter to this again.
When asked for the music to be turned down they did for us as i have two noise sensitive children which was great and the princess where lovely and brilliant with the children as where the staff I can not say enough good things about the event and hotel
Far to many people where squeeze into this year last year was far better more princesses they spent more time with the children cause there wasn't as many food wasn't as great as last year very disappointed and waste of money this year
Absolutely fantastic day fom start to finish. An early birthday present fir my God daughter & we loved every minute of it. Thank you
Having been to the princess tea party last year, this years paled in comparison. A much greater number of guests but only 3 princesses meant my daughter and neice got much less attention from the princesses. In fact all 3 princesses were busy giving glitter tattoos to a queue of kids for an hour while the rest of us were left twiddling our thumbs. The adults food was also very disappointing- much too pretentious. The rosewater jelly for example tasted like perfume. I'm so disappointed as we had an amazing time last year and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves but I'm afraid we won't be going again.
What a great day my sister and I had on Saturday at The Royal Wedding Afternoon Tea. Great fashion show. Staff and service excellent.
Absolutely excellent, well worth the money, well looked after
