À L’OMBRE DE LA TOUR EIFFEL – Pardon Eiffel Tower… Car nous sommes ici dans un temple de la gastronomie californienne, en plein Paris. Le décor du Frame (une contraction de France et Amérique) a été conçu par Christophe Pillet, pardon du peu !
POUR CHILLER, VIVE LA CALIFORNIE – La Brasserie Frame explore toutes les saveurs de la cuisine californienne, au son d'un DJ pour les jeudi et samedi soirs. Le Chef Andrew Wigger en connaît un rayon : velouté de maïs au gingembre ou foie gras poêlé aux figues, ceviche de cabillaud à la Tequila, ou le FR/AME Surf and Turf, des tranches d’entrecôte marinées au whisky et queue de homard rôti.
La carte mériterait de proposer un peu plus de plats. Le bruit était assez présent lors du dîner.

I was torn on the service rating because our first waiter was tired and kept ignoring us and forgetting things. Thankfully during our experience a second waiter approached us and saved the day! Max was attentive, professional friendly and went out of his way!! Food was good. Drinks soso, but Max was great!

Booking on line was easy. Maître d’ was welcoming and affable. Staff were attentive. Food came out a little too quickly, but was attractively presented and flavoursome. Menu options were good as was the wine list. Aperitifs were well made. Atmosphere had a buzz to it. A little expensive, but c’est Paris! All in all an enjoyable experience.

You need to have more waiters !! One waiter for more than 10 tables is not enough !! I ordered butter and the waiter did not bring it because he had many tables to attend, slow service even to collect the bill. Terrible for a Pullman hotel and more being a Platinum AccorHotels member !!

Overall great meal and atmosphere. Took a long time to have our empty plates cleared, and to eventually get the bill. Otherwise, good spot.
We loved it! Enjoyed the fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from the outside terrace with our delicious drinks 🍹. Kids loved their mocktails. Inside casual yet upscale atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Loved the Wok Noodle Bowl!!!
Unfortunately you did not have my reservation and so we had to sit in the Bar area (2 people being uncomfortable as the sun was in their eyes) instead of the restaurant - this was extremely disappointing as it was my Sons 21st birthday and we wanted him to have a special dining experience. No mention was made of his birthday even though the waiters knew it was that evening. The food was lovely, tho we had to ask 3 times for more drinks.

Mon onglet était très frame,non,ferme! c'est -à-dire dur.
My fiancee had the sushi donut and the rice was over cooked and it was very little fish and vegetables according to the amount of rice, so as a sushi lover she did not enjoy it very much. I had the duck foie gras, which was very gel like and did not taste any good in my opinion and I have enjoyed foie gras de canard when it has been prepared otherwise. We both had burgers as the main dish, which was good, except the fries and the presentation wasn't that great.
