The beef who cook pasta love his job , his warm smile make me n my friend day great. Food is good. Lots of selection. Value for money
Nice Food with good service.
The manager was very accommodating.
Very pleasant dining experience, with good food and great service.
service was prompt and staff were very friendly. should add more desserts/cakes on the buffet line. other varieties are good.
All the cooked food is overcooked, dried or/and excessively salty! Only salad and shrimps are eatable.
I thought the Chinese New year buffet menu will come with crabs and slipper lobster as stated on the promotion, however there were none of it. Felt disappointed. Ambience was good though.
There are very little choice for fruits and the water melon is spoiled. If you can add in durian pengat will make the dessert spread complete.
Decent food variety, the fruits were a little stale from having been kept in the fridge for quite some time. Reasonably good deal if you've got Accor Plus membership. Will return to dine, hopefully the dinner experience will be better.
Food was generally cold & hard. Quality of some food is below average . Service staff is poor as well.
A total disappointment on the seafood section.
Most of the food was not warm. Salmon not fresh. The only food which I enjoyed was the satay. The cakes were not tasty.
Service standard KPI.
Roti prata is too flat and not fully and crispy the way it should be。Dessert is a let down (you should reference the dessert at Hilton or Lime).
This buffet was unfortunately the worst buffet we’ve ever been to, particularly given the $70 price tag. We left extremely disappointed that we had wasted so much money here.
Food was not fresh and not good at all. I brought my client here for birthday celebration and he said the food was horrible so it was quite embarrassing. Plus, I had called in earlier to enquire on using Entertainer mobile app for 1-for-1 lunch buffet discount. The customer service rep replied that yes it was ok, as long as I could make the booking through entertainer, they would honour it. But upon payment, I was told that the 1-for-1 discount doesn’t apply as it is only valid for dinner buffet. The staff pointed out the fine print in super tiny font at the bottom left hand corner. How is anybody going to see that at all? It is sneaky and misleading. I would not have made the reservation if there wasn’t 1-for-1. The quality and freshness is not worth the price at all. Will not be coming back here, such a shame for a nice looking hotel!
It was a unique experience. The food was superb, tasty and plenty. The staf did a excellent job. Sure will return.
Great atmosphere as there were live music, and Christmas caroling. Wide variety of food, however some of the seafoods (anything out of the seafood on ice) were not fresh based on the taste and texture. The dessert table's nyonya kuihs were extremely disappointing as the kuihs are not fresh (once you hold the ondeh ondeh you can tell the skin is super thick and HARD. The ang ku kuih had the same issue). But the western desserts were really yummy, such as the log cakes, and anything chocolate based. Could taste the ingredients put into the western desserts were great quality products. The service staffs were polite and will take the initiative to clear the plates asap once we are done, and also refill the cups consistently. Will recommend to dine here in big groups for get together as this place is spacious, however, more rooms for improvement on the food especially on the nyonya kuih (otherwise can just consider to remove from the dessert table and focus more on the western desserts and cakes instead).
Limited choices for Christmas Eve Lunch and no festive mood in the entire dining area except just the Christmas caroling.
Great atmosphere and good service
We would have given the food 4 stars if not for the food flies on the log cakes and most of the dishes were cold, for instance the naan was cold and hard. The potato gratin was delicious but cold... Suggest you install food warmers... However, the service was good and staff took our feedback on the food flies and deliver a new log cake to our table for our group of 8.
Service was good. However, the buffet spread was quite limited. The Japanese corner was a little pathetic. Christmas log cakes had flies on it. Turkey was extremely dry and inedible. Hope that the food quality can be improved.
Comfortable with plenty of space
Food taste need to be improve. For indians may not be good option.
Great food variety and service. However, there could be local desserts like chendol or ice kachang?
