About Food Exchange
An international buffet restaurant serving authentic South East Asian cuisine in an open kitchen concept. Join us over the weekend for brunch and a dip in our infinity pool.
Wide selection of food offered. The service was very good. The dining tables were well spaced out and there was no congestion.
very disappointed, I wrote to your hotel to check whether the plant base dishes are available or not before i do the reservation. Your CSO replied all the dishes are available for ala carte menu. Went on the 8th Feb and found out not available daily. My family left the restaurant utter disappointed
Very good spread & vstiety but cost is high!
The food tasted nice, but the egg tarts served at reunion dinner was disappointing.
The seafood was very fresh!
Unfortunately I have to say that we were all disappointed with the Champagne brunch, especially for a hotel under the ‘Accor Group’!. There is still a lot to improve. Staffs were unprofessional - unless we are the ones who need to try and get the attention (ever since we came in at 12pm, no staff did bother to ask if we needed anything). Food - very limited choice. Cheese and dessert sections were very pathetic. I will not recommend this restaurant at Novotel Singapore on Stevens Road. The Champagne Brunch was not worth the price paid where it is more expensive compared to some other reputable hotels for their Champagne Brunch.
It was an ok experience for me.
Excellent food and service
Not enough sea food chioce
Nice ambient and dining experience
Great atmosphere to spend after work hours. Food is tasty and of good quality
Scored in interior & atmosphere, seafood n sushi are very fresh and variety of local favourites.
Average food varieties food taste too salty. noodle station not ideal for children as they are serving tom yam and laksa soup base.
A good variety available. Quality of food was surpricing good. Seafood was fresh. Indian section was delicious. Dessert section was limited though.
Overall it’s a perfect place to chill out! Favourites include the fresh oyster and crayfish. I would say that the turkey meat was tough, salmon slices wasn’t very hygienically placed and the fish maw soup was too thick...
Nice ambience, friendly and helpful service staff.
Had the Sunday Brunch. Liked the lobster, snow crab and oysters. For those who are adventurous, there is a secret... you can try the foie gras, or egg Benedict muffin from the chef’s corner... it’s cooked upon order! Helpful Staff was friendly and even recommended options to give us a better discount! Thumbs up!
Not enough cooks or service staff. Almost everything is pre-cooked. No executive Chef to overlook the cooking. Taste/ drink were “watered” down. Seriously that is not the way to save costs.
The raw salmon at sushi seems always missing. I was hvin lunch there on 27 Dec . Never see this item at all. I love the pastries very high quality . The rest except satay need to be improved
The pork chop was a tad too tough. Salted egg crab was too hard. Laksa gravy was too oily. The cakes were all chocolate flavoured. Not much of a choice for other flavours.
not value for money
Staff at front desk of food exchange are unfriendly. Best dish is beef goulash. The cakes are not tasty.
Food is different from the Menu on the website itself. Which is upset as is total different than expected.
There’s not much of a variety. Sushi is very dry, seafood was very little. The plates were not replenished and that poses a problem when you want to get your food. The tables around us was not cleared. So we dined in an environment where there were messy tables with stacked up plates. No ground staff to maintain the cleanliness. Will not be returning anytime soon.
Should have a proper fridge to put the desserts and ice cream.
