Fantastic food and even better service the view is amazing couldn’t recommend it enough.
Menu was uninspiring - quality of food good. Portion size too small.
Have already recommended to a friend as perfect place for a date night. We had a party of 8 who all loved the experience, location, wine selection and the dining. Faultless. Well done to all the team and especially our waiter who did an outstanding job. Cheers, Philip
Great service and wonderful setting and food. The best seat in the city
A wonderful relaxed evening. Very helpful servers who were able to answer all queries we had concerning the food on the menu. Would definitely return.
Thank you for making my birthday so special! Food, service and surrounds were exceptional.
More wine by glass options at a mid range cost would be good. Food was great but not to die for.
We had a wonderful dinner at Fish! We dined there for a very special anniversary and it was an equally special night. The waiter was very charming and attentive and the food excellent. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful evening for my daughter's 15 birthday celebration. Thank you BJ for making our evening a fun one!! The food was excellent as were the service and magnificent views - thanks to the whole team!!
We were really excited about going to fish for the first time, but unfortunately the food was quite underwhelming considering the price for each dish we expected a lot more.
It is worth every penny from the first time me and my friend step into the building until we left. Jacob was outstanding!!
Our waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. All meals were delicious. I had not booked as a birthday lunch but was still given the royal treatment once our waiter discovered it was a celebration.
You’re losing points for 3 things: 1) my glass of Te Mata Elston chardonnay had some cork pieces in it 2) the mains were a bit on the salty side 3) I was not made aware of the credit card surcharge before paying. Rest was good.
Beautiful place and amazing service!
Good food and service. Nice views looking out to the water from the end of the pier.
Fabulous venue, as always. Best component is definitely your wonderful staff. We were superbly looked after, thank you. Your wine list remains a delight to peruse! We both chose the salmon and both found it a bit ordinary. Nothing on the plate we could not have prepared ourselves. The point of going to a nice restaurant is to experience something we cannot do at home. Here the meal struggled to impress. For dessert I had the pear tart. A completely inappropriately named dessert. Not a tart at all. A pile of stewed pears on a thin crust surrounded by chocolate soil, is not a tart. Uninspiring and bland and not worth the $17 price tag. We still had a lovely evening and celebrated accordingly.
Georgia was delightful...& really knowledgeable about the menu. Of course "the special" touches, decorate one's dining experience. Our choice of lunch venue was definitely the right one. Thank you...we will return.
Staff were fantastic throughout. Jacob ran the show. Attentive, friendly, personable: just what you’re looking for.
Beef was dry and tasteless. The tooth fish which we were told is the signature dish was tasteless and over cooked. We weren’t told that the fish was frozen. It tasted like frozen fish. Should at least tell customers it is frozen. Coffee was overmilked. Altogether a disappointment
we both felt that the meal although nice did not wow us, so it left us feeling a little dissapointed perhaps it was the dishes we chose, however staff were excellent as was the view from our table
Generally enjoyable, only slight grumble would be my Boullabaise was a bit light on ingredients given its a seafood restaurant I would have expected a larger variety of Fish, not just a piece of salmon, 4 pipis, 4 prawns and some shrimp.
A couple of very strange dishes - one sent back. The food has gone badly down hill here - for a seafood restaurant it is ironically their non seafood dishes that are ok - seafood done poorly - over cooked crayfish and fish and chips that could have come from any pub. Great views of the harbour and good service are it’s saving graces, but it’s outdone by every other viaduct restaurant in the same block.
