About Firebrick Brasserie
Local, neighbourhood brasserie serving seasonal, locally sourced food
We have visited Firebrick many times when we visit the borders and have enjoyed it every time. thank you
First class, always enjoyable
Thoroughly enjoyed the food in particular the cherry and crisp frangipani sweet, absolutely delicious.
Exceptional food and warm and friendly service. Sunday lunch for 2 was perfectly presented and cooked to perfection. Will highly recommend to friends and be back for the wider menu in the near future.
We had a very nice group lunch in Firebrick Brasserie. we should really come back in the future.
Great food great service value for money thourghly enjoyable evening
Nice meal well presented and excellent service. We were driving so unable to assess the wine - unfortunately
Fantastic meal, good choice on menu, great service, staff were very friendly, would definitely go back
Lovely food, great service and I had a desert which is unusual for me.
Best roast meal ever - the beef and trimmings were perfect and the Queen of puddings WOW! We would fly over again from Australia just to have this meal Service was excellent- can’t recommend highly enough!!
Been meaning to visit for a long time and it fully met expectations. Every course was delicious, attractively presented, and well served. Can heartily recommend
Brilliant food, great service. Super lunch venue. Would thoroughly recommend the sharing fish platter & gooseberry fool & granita.
Good and varied menu for Sunday lunch. Both main course and pudding delicious! Enjoyed by all members of the party
Excellent lunch, just what we required. The good reports we had received were accurate.
Sunday roast was chicken so did not find it value my wife seen it on the board after I ordered or a would have took the menu. Roast potatoes were burned, everything else including the service was quality. Decent however Will not run back.
Reliable good food
The waitress who looked after us was excellent. Food excellent would thoroughly recommend to anyone
Second visit to Firebrick was as good as the first. The pigeon en croute starter was fantastic. Main course of roe deer with beetroot and black pudding was equally delicious. If you get the chance you need to eat here.
Food was excellent, service was very good and staff very friendly
House wine relatively expensive
Enjoyed a lovely family meal , service was just right and the food was great.
Food was great and the waitress who served us was very friendly however service was lacking a couple of times when they forgot to bring the wine until our main course arrived. Then we had to wait after finishing our meal for almost half an hour before we could get hold of somebody to ask for the bill
Good choice of interesting and varied dishes. Well presented and perfectly cooked. Great service too!
Food absolutely superb but service very slow, we were sat for an hour and 15 mins before our main course arrived
Great service, and thank you for my birthday treat x
