Très bonne table dans un bel espace, un peu trop bruyant (peu de tables mais effet de résonnance). Prix tout de même cher malgré la qualité des plats.
I proposed to my fiancée at Fenburch over dinner. Despite the great ambiance and solid food quality, the service did not meet our expectation -- the moment I took out the ring, the waiter either did not observe the situation at all or just completely ignored it as he intruded by changing our plates... His attitude also made us uncomfortable from the beginning of the meal. We were very disappointed by the fact that he ruined an important moment in our lifetime.
Fantastic experience for my partners birthday. Our waiter was brilliant Food and drink were exellent, only one thing let it down abit, that was my partners duck, the skin was very soggy and not crispy. Other than that we loved our visit.
good plan to get to sky garden on a saturday
Very attentive staff
The best food and service in London. Only "moan" would be that every table had the same view. Thank you for a great experience
The menu was very limited. Overall, the atmoshphere and service were great
The Chef w/ @ciao_darioso and all the kitchen staff made a superb job! 👌🏼 Just great!
Food was amazing however the starter dish of crispy cod skins was very strong I would not order again
First class food, service, ambiance and views.
Outstanding VIP service, attention to details spot on. Superb atmosphere, a unique dinning experience.
I was there to celebrate my burthday. Great experience. I did not like the table close to the toilet
Amazing service and food. Staff were fantastic and made sure we were well cared for.
Overall great service and experience and delicious food. Your wine list is pricey.
Excellent service and fantastic night viewing from terrace.
Food, Wine and view were outstanding
The staff dealt extremely well with a fire alarm, though my calves still hurt from going down all those steps! They were polite, friendly and the glass of bubbles and dessert were a nice touch. The food was exceptional throughout.
Superb food, attentive but not intrusive service. We both felt that it was good value for money and oh those views
Great atmosphere, just stayed for one drink
Very beautiful place!!
Such a disappointment, we had high hopes for a special occasion. After reviewing several restaurants I decided to take my partner for our 3 year anniversary to the Fenchurch restaurant. We've both attended the Darwin several times and we have never been disappointed. I called to pre-book, I explained to the receptionist that this will be our anniversary and I requested a table in the main restaurant over looking the garden. We arrived early with plenty of time for a pre drink down by the bar and a brief stroll around the garden. Once we arrived at the restaurant they placed us in a secluded area in the kids section. I was horribly disappointed and we suggested that we would have a cocktail or two and wait for a table to be free in the main restaurant. This wasn't an option as the kitchen may not be open to serve us. We proceeded to take our seat within the children section, were we were interrupted with cries and children "being children." We have two of our own and really looked forward to some time for us. We were severed starters which were lovely and met our expectations. Whilst we were eating our mains we were given the option to move tables. It wasn't ideal but we took the opportunity to hopeful salvage the reminder of our special occasion. While our plates were being moved my partner saw that part of her meal had fell from the plate and on to the table, the waiter without no hesitation picked up the piece of food and placed it back on the plate. I wasn't made aware of this until the end of the service while we were downstairs in the bar area. Overall we felt that the lack of communication between staff, training and delivery of services really let down the kitchen staff. Bring the overall experience to a regrettable one. I wish the detail to attention and delivery of service is majorly improved promptly so that others may not experience what we went through
congratulations to the chef ! but also to the personnel for a great service and a warm welcome. will definitely recommend Fenchurch to my friends and business contacts.
Very tight space
Faultless food, wine recommendations & service. I would highly recommend and not hesitate to eat here again.
Dreadful, to be honest. We are more than happy to pay your kind of prices for exceptional food. But this was far from acceptable. If you're going to serve tiny plates of food, true gastronomy must be applied. The fact that we couldn't even order a side of vegetables to accompany the baby portions is just not good enough. Then we get to the Vegan option. A plate of cannellini beans. For £30. When we complained that this was just not good enough, another plate of food was brought out to replace it. With meat and fish on it. Realising their mistake, more cannellini beans were produced. Just not good enough, on any level. Great setting, good wine list, average food.
