About Felt Restaurant
felt restaurant serves delightful, seasonal fare in a charming and relaxed setting.
Named after the green ‘felt’ lining on top of the hotel’s famous billiard table, this Melbourne restaurant cleverly combines modern day furnishings within a historical Melbourne landmark.
Great food and great service
Lovely food & service.
All the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The waitress was attentive and friendly.
We enjoyed our dining experience at Felt. The ambiance was good - not noisy so able to have a conversation - well spaced tables. Food, wine and service excellent. We will be back.🍷💫
Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you :)
The service was very inattentive. We had to ask for water twice and our dishes were not cleared.
We were looking forward to a celebratory Xmas dinner in Melbourne and were severely disappointed. The service was poor/indifferent (there were very few diners in the restaurant but we still had to get up to get our wine from the bucket and pour it ourselves and ask for more water etc) the atmosphere in the restaurant was non-existant and the food was the worst but by far the most expensive we have had in the 4 weeks we have so far spent in NZ and Australia. The hand wash in the toilet was the only thing I could say was nice.
Always a great stay and food at The Lindrum
Extremely poor service - the restaurant only had another 3 tables seated and yet it took 45 min for our main to come out, and we were both sitting with empty drinks which no staff member had even come near us to see if we wanted another one. Food was very average and extremely small portions, but I felt the price was right.
Service was friendly and very helpful.
Excellent place for high tea - very filling, excellent service and hospitality. Great value for such a classy venue.
Staff were friendly food great Excellent night
Great historic and quiet setting with lovely food and attentive staff
Everything was great except my water was not refilled even once. I had to refill it myself and no one even noticed that!
Excellent food and service
Highly recommend with an exciting menu on offer
The restaurant and hotel appears to be in need of a 'facelift' it is looking a little 'tired'. The food was very good, your wine, as with all Accor restaurants, is overpriced.
Great warm welcoming environment excellent service and an exceptional menu.
Had a wonderful time, food was delicious. thank-you very much.
Great place for a lovely dinner and easy to have a conversation because not noisy, so we enjoyed the evening. The Chef's Share Menu was most definitely worth having - well done to the Chef!!
Food is tasty, but very small portions - on so called "larger serves". As a costumer I would like to feel happily full when finishing a meal. There has to be a difference between size of the lunch plate and dinner plate. Is it old fashion to be full and satisfied after dinner?
Lovely intimate dining space, friendly service. Drinks pretty pricey, glasses of wine started at $15 and bottles at $60. Meal sizes were quite small. Fish was reasonable but beef cheeks and pork left you looking for more. We ordered 3 sides between 4 people, had to order an extra serve of fries to fill up the men. We are Accor Plus members so food is very reasonable as is 50% off but drinks made it an expensive dinner. Would return but probably for a non alcoholic lunch
I love this cozy restaurant. Great food and wine and excellent and friendly service.
Excellent food in a fabulous hotel. The short rib with a side of broccolini was faultless, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended
