About Fawsley Hall - Tudor Lounge
With its rich heritage as a Royal Manor which has hosted many eminent guests including Queen Elizabeth I, Fawsley Hall offers a fascinating and unique setting for special occasions and dining.
Guests can enjoy a mixture of the traditional and contemporary, with classic afternoon tea in the Tudor Great Hall or modern British food in the award-winning Cedar Restaurant. Located on the ground floor of the South Wing, this space was built in the early 16th century and displays many hallmarks of the Tudor era, with a beamed ceiling, exposed brickwork and stone fireplace.
Our private dining rooms are perfect for intimate occasions, or the Tudor Bar offers a cosy retreat within which to eat a light lunch or indulge in a pre-dinner cocktail.
Fantastic hotel where staff go the extra mile!
Lovely Atmosphere. Very relaxing.
My nieces 18th birthday present was just perfect
Wonderful afternoon tea, service was great and the food was brilliant
Excellent surroundings, delicious food, and very attentive service.
Superb afternoon tea. Catered for our dietary requirements brilliantly.
Another fabulous tea at Fawsley - possibly the best selection of cakes and sandwiches we have had at the hotel. The service was as always, impeccable - friendly, helpful and efficient, Such good value, will definately be back for tea and hopefully Sunday lunches.
Very good value on 2 for price of 1 deal
Lovely food, friendly staff and great atmosphere in the lounge. Noticed staff taking precautions for coronavirus so good for us.
Had a lovely afternoon tea to celebrate my friends 50th birthday! Great service with our booking and attentive staff. The Knightley afternoon tea was delicious and the champagne was a refreshing treat!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Excellent lunch and lovely venue.
We had an amazing experience for our birthday afternoon tea. We were served by Mo. He was very friendly and took time to explain what all of our treats were. He was lovely.
A very pleasant afternoon tea for two in fantastic surroundings with very attentive staff.
Fawsley Hall is rapidly becoming my favourite place - for spa days and of course champagne tea!
The staff are wonderful. The building is beautiful and the food fabulous. I love Fawsley Hall. I always feel I’ve been spoilt.
I think that the pricing is very steep for what you actually get, the waitress gave my mum 2 large glasses of wine when we only asked for mediums and we were charged £15 a glass which I think is extortionate. Food was lovely and service was fantastic!!
A lovely Afternoon Tea in the Grand Hall. Service was great 👍
Mo, our server, was attentive, interested genuinely in how we were, and very helpful. The afternoon tea was superb and the atmosphere and dining area wonderful
Lovely afternoon tea
I had a lovely afternoon tea with my daughter and her baby everyone was so attentive. would recommend going to Fawsley to my friends. Hopefully going to book again.
Excellent afternoon tea, brilliant service
Excellent service and food in an amazing setting.
Enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea for a friends 50th birthday. Disappointed the fire was not lit as this would have given a better atmosphere. Rather shocked when the waiter came and asked why I didn't pay the 10% service charge on the bill when paying. We were leaving money seperately at the table but this should not have happened.
As on our first visit to Fawsley Hall last year, the food and service are top notch. Everyone is attentive and pleasant without being too much. Food is fantastic and the wine list is impressive. We will return...
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mo. He is a competent and very nice waiter. Mo explained our order excellently, was friendly, most obliging and always smiling. Our guests from Germany have been very impressed by their "Fawsley Hall Experience" . Your house is very lucky to have staff like Mo!
