About Ember & Vine
About Ember & Vine
Ember & Vine opened in summer 2017 on St Andrews Road South in St Annes. This exciting new casual dining experience combines British gastro with contemporary world barbecue.
Expect flame-grilled English steaks and burgers, real smoked ribs and briskets served from an open kitchen with an Argentinian grill.
The dining area can seat up to 70 with booth seating and industrial-style decor.
Fantastic. Will certainly go again
Service was brilliant. Staff went out of their way to accommodate various dietary requirements. Food was on time and very very tasty. Not an easy thing to do with such a large party but it was excellent from start to finish!
Following our previous visit the service was greatly improved, however the food was poor quality and poor value
We’ve visited a few times now.. birthdays special occasions.. staff are lovely food is lovely too.. will defiantly be visiting again thankyou
Lovely Chrustmas meal.
Simple beautiful, very nice experience
Very nice night burnt ends were the highlight
Can I start by saying that the venue was clean and well presented and the staff were nice and friendly. However after this it all goes downhill I'm afraid to say. My starter had a large piece of plastic in it which I almost broke a tooth on. I informed the waiter who very passively brushed it off by saying "oh, not good is it". Then when the mains eventually came for my Mrs and mother it took them a good amount of time to actually find their steak which was supposed to be 8oz Rump. Have to say that at the time it looked more like 2oz and to top it all off surf and turf consisted of 2 yes that's 2 prawns at almost £6 was daylight robbery. The disappointment continued with the desert which might I say consisted of a scoop of ice cream a few crumbs of sponge and a wafer was absurdly overpriced. All in all the food was on par with or just below the quality of the local Wetherspoon but in all the meal came to £185 which is a complete rip off for what it was. Oh and if you like quick service do not go here we booked a table at 7:30pm and got there a little early so ordered at about 7:20pm and it was 10:15pm before our final cause came and was placed on the table bearing in mind that we were one of 4 tables being used. All in all a very poor experience and wouldn’t got there again under any circumstances they robbed me and left the place hungry.
Lovely food, efficient and friendly service. Coke a little expensive for the amount you get
