Embers Restaurant is suitable for family dining with a children’s menu available.
We had a most excellent time at Embers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were extremely well presented and very tasty. We will be back there soon. Overall a great dining experience.
Restaurant tries to be upmarket but isn’t. Food was expensive for what it was.

Great service and food was wonderful.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful dinner here, food was amazing, and the staff were extremely professional and courteous. Young lady, (I believe her name was Erin) was especially welcoming and an amazing staff member.
A fabulous place to dine with magical views! The hospitality afforded by Chris was warm and friendly, and the food is of high quality and well presented. A must when visiting the beautiful Blue Mountains!
Stunning Jamison value views and quality dining. Been a few times over the many years and has always been a family favourite.

I've dined at Embers on three separate occasions now and every time the food has been excellent and the service fabulous. I would thoroughly recommend dining here.
The food and drink offerings are excellent. Plenty of choice, modern presentation with interesting flavours.Atmosphere is great as you have 2 story high windows looking out to the Jamison Valley. Service is top notch, attentive without being intrusive and respectful whilst still very friendly. Good value especially if you have Accorplus membership which allows for decent discounts on food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day escape,even though we are locals. The staff were amazing in all aspects of the resort as nothing was a problem. The restaurant was run very professionally. Very happy staff.
Extremely unprofessional person who just pointed to our table and did not take us there...there were several tables to actually choose from as well

The food was very bland and had no taste over price for what you got... the service was very slow and when you received the food it was like warm...

menu very limited need to have a better variety that has more common type food. also the drinks from the tap are very flat. for $5 a cup i would expect a can.
Staff super friendly and attentive. The fancier meals far out shine their burger selection, need to update the menu if you wanting a casual lunch The fire stoking needs to be left to the staff that know what they are doing a Smokey restaurant is not appealing or good for asthmatics. Definitely will come back just order the more fine dining options.
Congratulations to Sandeep and his chef for looking after us so well on the occasion of Doreen's birthday. As usual the entire evening was very pleasant, thanks to the staff of Embers.
As we find every time we stay at this Property, the Embers service and quality were of a very high standard. We found the staff were working under very difficult conditions with ALL wearing masks and gloves making us feel very safe. Thankyou to all.
We have been here many time and to be honest, this was by far the worst experience for us. Breakfast was honestly a disgrace. Working in Events, I was thoroughly disappointed. The food came out cold and looked terrible. Service was slow, the staff looked frantic, under staffed and running around. the hot drinks ie tea And coffee arrived way after our food. We know covid has effected certain aspects but honestly the Hotel has let itself down. We didn’t even attempt to have breakfast at the hotel the following day. Such a shame standards have slipped. I give this feedback in hope to improve the standards.
We were booked for 9.30am breakfast Our order was taken at 10.20 We received a meal at 10.50am Not good enough...
2 small pieces of gnocchi & tepid soup for starter and several ingredients ‘swapped’ on the beef cheek main. Would’ve been fine if provided the heads up, but no mention made. Lovely tasting though which is main thing.
