About Ban Horu Sushi
Whether it’s the ocean view or warm breezes, every meal is something special. Experience savory seafood with La Concha’s delightful, palm-roofed ambiance and friendly service.
On AI so cannot comment on value for money. Miso soup excellent. Spicy roll could be spicier. Should have larger desserts selection.
Excellent. The staff couldn't do enough and the food was great.
The setting and layout of the restaurant and the coexistence with the steak restaurant that is separate from the Sushi restaurant has always seemed odd.
1) needs Japanese decor 2) Offer Saki 3) Offer Japanese dessert 4) Did not feel we were in a Japanese restaurant
Excellente!!!!! We really enjoyed everything!....fabulous food!! Fabulous waiters!! Fabulous dinner all around!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!
Excellent! However it was not clear that we could choose only sushi. The menu was set up to order different courses.
Todo excelente. Muchas gracias!!!!
I had to wait 15 minutes after my reservation time for a table. I was not even offered a drink for 10 minutes once I was seated. I had to look for a waiter to refill my wine and water which had been empty for 15 minutes. I was not impressed. The tempura batter was thick and soggy instead of thin and crispy and the tuna tataki was very small and light grey on the edges, not seared on a hot grill.
Our booking was for 7:30,had to ask for service, finally got our drinks at 8:15, took our order at 8:30, appy came at 9:00, was the same as salad bar?? Sushi came at 9:20 ( the best part of the meal actually very tasty) main course came at 9:45,(disgusting) lots of empty tables, that they did not clean off, everyone was waiting, will never go back again, my daughter got up and grabbed the bottle of wine and served us after waiting for someone to fill up our glass after two hours. No one came and asked us if we needed anything or if everything was ok, lots of staff, just kept on walking past our table in a run, when tried to ask for something had to ask twice or three times, got up and got our own salt from a dirty table not sure what they were doing, Very disappointing, good thing we were all inclusive, thanks sally
Exceptional meal and service
This was absolutely terrible it definitely was not your usual Japanese Restaurant it was actually a mix between Steak Restaurant and Sports Bar supper noisy and food was terrible. They didn’t even know how to properly cut the sashimi and the miso soup very salty. We actually left had a taste of soup and a bite of sashimi and knew the rest would be disastrous. Waiter very good and apologize but certainly wasn’t his fault.
It was a great experience. They were wonderful with the kids. We would go again.
Excelente lugar, la comida buenisima!
service was excellent...food was very good...
Food was ok but not memorable or worth going back.
Thought it was all very good!!
Dated restaurant, service was long almost 40 minutes to get the soup! When we asked the maître D if we can have a take away bag, box he advised they don’t have any! When we asked our waiters assistant we said no problem. Plus the restaurant is not even in the complex had to take a shuttle because we had no idea where it was. Bad experience
Delicious but the white sticky rice was missing with our entrees (teppankaki is better with rice on the side)!! Small restaurant but there were enough waiters & assistants so we didn’t have to wait very long between courses. Thank you!
Waiters were extremely slow. Poor service. No rice served with Mongolian beef. Had to specifically ask for wasabi and ginger.
La verdad el sabor de la comida no es bueno, el servicio deja mucho que desear y un ambiente muy X
The Pinot Grigio we ordered was White Table Wine! Also, we were still hungry after our 3 courses, so were glad the desserts were large! The service was slow and, to top it off, our waiter hunted us down later to ask whether our 50 peso tip was in dollars, not pesos!! He was lucky to receive a tip from us, since the Mexican nationals do not ever leave any tips!
