Serving a celebration of Scotland’s harvest with inventive menus shaped by the seasons.
Here, simple, Scottish - and seasonal - ingredients speak volumes. From Scottish salmon cured with local gin to fillet of Borders beef, a menu of unforgettable dishes – at affordable prices – celebrate an abundant local larder thanks to Chef Patron Stuart Muir’s signature creative touch.
The celebration of Scotland is continued with warm, earthy interiors. Polished timbers, natural fabrics and muted tones celebrate our landscape. Life size trees and a foliage wall take centre stage; symbolising the menu’s roots in Scotland’s soil and shores.
The restaurant also plays host to Edinburgh’s first Champagne Heidsieck Bar and terrace, a courtyard setting that promises to be a relaxed spot for sunny afternoons and light Scottish nights.
Located in The Radisson Collection Royal Mile, the restaurant’s main entrance can be found off one of the city’s oldest alleyways – Buchanan’s Close. It is perfectly positioned for those looking to soak up the atmosphere of the Old Town and only a stone’s throw away from Edinburgh Castle, whilst serving award-winning brasserie food in the historic heart of the Royal Mile.
