About dim t Winchester
Set in the heart of the beautiful cathedral city of Winchester our two floor restaurant is extremely popular and the perfect location for both a business lunch or a break from shopping or sightseeing. Popular with families and couples our new look restaurant is simply stunning.
Delicious food once again, we keep coming back for the amazing spicy prawn dim sum!
Great dim sum and drinks!
Been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal or bad service. The item I have is no longer on the menu but I still ask for it and still get it. Can’t see us stopping our 50 + mile round trip to Dim T
Lovely family restaurant, good menu which is different from other restaurants but would keep any child happy with the choice!
Good food, excellent service. Will definitely be coming back.
Staff always helpful, friendly and food is great. However, at really busy times staff seem a little overwhelmed and service does suffer slightly. My last visit was mother’s day and we had to ask for the complementary wine and plumb sauce was brought with the kids chicken wraps, rather than lemon sauce. My daughter had finished her meal by the time they rectified this error. Staff are great - you just need more of them at busy times :)
Amazing meal, all courses were superb. We throughly enjoyed our meal. Only thing was the music kept going up and down volume wise and sometimes that made it very loud. Wouldn’t put us off and I’m 100% sure we’ll be back
Very nice meal early evening, not very busy so staff more relaxed and very friendly. Food served quickly and tasted very nice!
Thank you to the manager? Who looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble and thank you for changing the squid on the sharing platter to prawns, they were lovely. Also for letting us have the mothers day/specials menu. We had a lovely evening!
We booked for 7 people. Absolutely fantastic service & very friendly staff. The food was delicious. Huge choice available. This is our second visit & we cannot wait to book again.
Great place to eat for all the family. The lady serving our table was lovely and the overall atmosphere spot on.
Dim sum was really tasty, Singapore noodles were not very spicy though. Disappointed by my cocktail, had the Passion Fizz and it really didn’t have much of a fruit taste to it. Food came out quickly and would visit again.
Poor service, under staffed, delay on food
Helpful & friendly service, delicious food, busy with a positive buzz!
I took my daughter and partner for a joint birthday meal. The portions were TINY. We went home and ate again. The alcoholic drinks were very expensive. The food was mediocre- nothing special at all. The whole experience was a huge disappointment and I was v v embarrassed. We were really looking forward to the meal and it was a total anticlimax. I will not go back again
The staff were very accommodating when I asked if they would bring my sons birthday cake out with candles on it - they even sang Happy Birthday loudly and enthusiastically.
Busy 3 staff did a great job, food was excellent.
Came here for my husbands birthday. The food was amazing and the staff were lovely and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
Friendly and welcoming staff, good service.
Having to pay extra for rice(!!!) with a main course is rude. Its not a full main course if you need to order the rice separately.
Great quick meal. Really tasty fresh tasting.
Very good food
We were given our dim sum for free as it took a little while to come out to the table. I thought this was fabulous service
