Hi guys, many thanks for having us, we had a great time. The dim sum parcels and the bao buns are devine, very tasty indeed. I've had a pad thai on a couple of occasions before and that was also tasty. This time however I had the singaporean spicy chicken noodles, and I've got to say, they weren't very exciting - the chunks of chicken were pretty dry, the sauce was okay but not dazzling. With that in mind, the volume of noodles was way too much - might've been the right amount if it were tastier, but as it was I felt bad about leaving it and not even wanting to take it home. Don't get me wrong, it was still perfectly edible, but just didn't have the wow factor that the dim sum does. I also had my wife's chicken + rice dish (I forget which one) with similar comments. Still would definitely come back for the dim sum and atmosphere, but I'd be more inclined to stick with the pad thai in the future...
Service was incredibly poor, our drinks were left on the bar for 20 mins, nobody took our order for ages. It was not the quick lunch I was expecting.
Excellent meal with fabulous service. Alex, our server, and the whole team made us very welcome and helped make the delicious food and drink even more enjoyable.
Food was really slow coming. Dim sum took 15 mins and mains over 30 mins. Waitress said (after we chased) that she assumed we wanted to enjoy our wine before eating. That was rubbish as we were starving and she never even asked... the people on the table next to us arrived after and had 2 courses and paid and left before we had eaten. Food just OK. Asked for Thai green curry to be extra spicy, there wasn’t a chilli in site. All v average...
Disappointed that quite a few items were out of stock
Food is excellent except the crispy duck which was to dry
It took ages for the waiter to come over and serve us (we were a group of 10). It then took over an hour for the mains to come. The starters portion were so tiny. The drinks we ordered were tasteless. I ordered the korean chicken with tofu (which was a main) and i finished it in 1min becuase the portion was so small (5-6 small cubes, a few vegetables in a broth instead of a sauce) and it had no taste. Even the food my friends ordered were very tasteless. To top it all of, we split the bill between 9 of us as it was my friends birthday and it came up to £30 each... SMALL PORTIONS, NO TASTE, VERY EXPENSIVE... NOT WORTH THE 1 HOUR WAIT
Staff are very good
Really tasty food, friendly staff and great location. We sat on the terrace on a beautiful sunny day and it was lovely. Looking forward to going back.
Great portion sizes!
Way too loud, food average
Great lunch, so well priced, great service
Excellent food and service!
Unfortunately all our dishes were served cold. The sweet and sour chicken was a tiny portion with no sweet and sour sauce and about 4 chicken pieces. Not a great experience food wise.
Dear All, I love your restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere. I came a few times with my friends and we always have a great dinner experience. I can't wait to come back. Thank you.
I have been to Dim T many times and have always enjoyed the food, the Kung Pao Chicken & spicy broccoli was tasty and the food is good value for money. Service is always good and I would highly recommend Dim T and will keep returning.
Excellent service as always, really friendly staff and lovely food.
A great birthday dinner with friends! I appreciated the free prosecco!
Great food and service
Great service and food.
The Har Gao were over steamed, but the Singapore Noodles were great! Charming server too
