Delicious Christmas lunch and lots of food and very reasonably priced. Efficient staff who could not have been any more helpful. Only issue we had was submitting the pre order as we had queries and the telephone was not answered.
Food was great but we were not allowed to buy any red wine by the glass which was a JOKE and very embarrassing for me in front of my guests. All the red by the glass were off either by glass or bottle and they would not split the Malbec by the glass. Very very poor service and I would like to complain. A great shame as we have had many good meals here in the past.
Restaurant was quiet, so had a peaceful meal and service was good.
Really enjoyed ourselves here, the waiters were lovely and very fast to bring us anything we needed. Food was delicious and not too over priced unlike other places we've been to, and the desserts were exceptional! Would definitely come again and recommend others
Good experience, nice place for a group meal. Everyone seemed happy with their choices.
Excellent food, great variety of veg, seafood and meat for everyone
A very cozy dinner with friends
Food took ages to arrive, orders weren't placed and subsequently food didn't arrive all at the same time. Server was rude and unapologetic.
Thank you accommodating a large group. This is the 5th time I have visited and I love the food here.
I was disappointed that despite advertising the 2 for 1 main meal offer on the website, I did not receive my email voucher despite filling in the form multiple times, checking junk mail folders etc. I think is very wrong for the firm to offer a deal that they are not able or willing to provide.
Great place to go for dinner with friends. Loved the food and loved the cocktails even more
Went with a group of friends Not the best Dim Sum but it's a good mix of Asian cuisine from Thai to Malaysian to Hong Kong food. No one dish stood out. Was disappointed by the Korean Fried Chicken which I expected to be crispier and also not in a stir fry dish. Would say the food is average and not the best value for money. But the atmosphere is nice.
We sat upstairs - is that section new? The service and food were great, as usual, but upstairs definitely lacked any atmosphere even though all the tables were full, it was almost deathly silent... I'll be requesting a ground floor table from now on!
A lovely place to catch up with friends and the staff were very accommodating
Very quick service, we had limited time before a show but the team got our meals out very promptly.
Perfect food and service. Will go again
Meal, food and atmosphere was great. Getting the bill was slow, nearly 10 mins.
I cant believe you are still open. The second time I’ve been kept waiting almost an hour for food. Kitchen organisation is a disgrace
Hi guys, many thanks for having us, we had a great time. The dim sum parcels and the bao buns are devine, very tasty indeed. I've had a pad thai on a couple of occasions before and that was also tasty. This time however I had the singaporean spicy chicken noodles, and I've got to say, they weren't very exciting - the chunks of chicken were pretty dry, the sauce was okay but not dazzling. With that in mind, the volume of noodles was way too much - might've been the right amount if it were tastier, but as it was I felt bad about leaving it and not even wanting to take it home. Don't get me wrong, it was still perfectly edible, but just didn't have the wow factor that the dim sum does. I also had my wife's chicken + rice dish (I forget which one) with similar comments. Still would definitely come back for the dim sum and atmosphere, but I'd be more inclined to stick with the pad thai in the future...
Service was incredibly poor, our drinks were left on the bar for 20 mins, nobody took our order for ages. It was not the quick lunch I was expecting.
Excellent meal with fabulous service. Alex, our server, and the whole team made us very welcome and helped make the delicious food and drink even more enjoyable.
Food was really slow coming. Dim sum took 15 mins and mains over 30 mins. Waitress said (after we chased) that she assumed we wanted to enjoy our wine before eating. That was rubbish as we were starving and she never even asked... the people on the table next to us arrived after and had 2 courses and paid and left before we had eaten. Food just OK. Asked for Thai green curry to be extra spicy, there wasn’t a chilli in site. All v average...
