The waiter who served us was exceptional - very attentive and helpful. The whole group felt really comfortable and enjoyed the dining experience. Other staff also seemed pleasant and kindly helped taking some photos.
Food was so average, we spent £100 and none of it was memorable.
Great for lunch, quick service and amazing food. Would definitely rebook.
Good food and great service
Me and my friend had a great time celebrating my birthday with lovely lunch at Dim t. Service was wonderful, food amazing and I'll definitely be back.
Will definitely be back!
Great service and great Dim Sum!
Second visit, served quickly, food was great. Will be back I'm sure.
Nice service. The manager was very friendly however the food was not the best.
Food came quickly, which was good as we were all hungry. Delicious food, and great service.
Good service. Although, lacking in napkins on the tables which was quickly sorted.
Great service and food, very good value for money
Dim t has great food however Charlotte street chain service is way too slow and not enough attention is given My advice is ask customers if they’d like to order drinks or food upon arrival. Nobody likes waiting for you to come to the table forever later
Service was above and beyond!
This experience wasn't great and was even more disappointing as I brought a client with me. The food came out at different times, one of my clients had to wait 10mins between getting her main and the rice to go with it. The order was also wrong as we ordered spicy edamame and got plain ones, they eventually realised and sent them out when we had all finished our mains. Not a great experience..
Food was good and I come here regularly and would definitely recommend but on the last occasion the portion was smaller than I remember and I asked for extra veg instead of chicken and prawn and they didn't really include any extra veg so a little disappointing. Will go back though!
Very good, tables slightly too small for 2 people to enjoy a lot of Dim Sum
It was busy Friday lunch time and we waited a bit for our dessert but apart that everything was lovely. Our waitress from Equador (don't know her name - sorry) was charming. Will be back for sure.
Food was great and staff were friendly enough but service was really reallllllly slow and a bit shoddy. We had to grab the waiters attention for our order, we waited 30mins just for our drinks, then food eventually came and was good but my friend was given chicken not prawn, so she didn’t have anything to eat for another 10mins atleast by which point we’d eaten our food then we had to get the waiters attention to get another glass of water and our bill. People were polite but I wouldn’t come back if I were in a rush.
Lovely food, friendly and helpful staff.
Very slow service as only 1 person to serve the whole restaurant so no fault of anyone / just slow
Can be a bit slow but always worth the wait. Food never lets us down and service is friendly
Great service and friendly
