Service was excellent. Food was expensive. Dishes looked amazing, Vegetables were excellent but meat was a bit tasteless
Starters are amazing, mains good but meat heavy, chicken on laffa was a good idea but in practise laffa gets soggy
From start to finish extremely bad service. 1 hour delay for food despite young kids waiting for kids menu. They couldnt even offer some appetizers to take edge off the delay. Excuses were just a comedy of errors. Manager very aggressive and defensive. Moreover rushed to finish meal for next sitting adding more insult to injury
Phenomenal - Highly recommend on all accounts, other than don't eat much for sometime before - what (Jewish) London has been waiting for - Hazak/Yesher Koyach - Philippe
not sure why you're called Delicatessen? its not really Deli food is it? but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything delicious, not the usual, very different
Excellent service. Delicious food.
An excellent menu. The 6 of us had a lovely meal at this cosy restaurant and we will be returning very soon.
Fab from start to finish
Delicious food! Great portions with alot of choice. A highly enjoyable experience with a fab Manager, Alex. We keep coming back. Looking forward to our next visit
My only criticism is that we booked a table at 7 and were told we only had it till 8.30 which was ridiculous. Also ridiculous is the cancellation charge which would stop me booking again
The food is superb and second to none in variety and the portions are huge. The drinks though are overpriced
Very friendly service. Great food.
Good food Big portions Nice atmosphere and good service
Lovely food and diligent service. Personally I found the helpings too much!! All my guests though thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I dare say we will return.
Definitely our favourite kosher restaurant in London! Wonderful, interesting menu, deliciously cooked and presented, and a fabulous ambience in which to eat and enjoy.
Great meal, food and service. We had a party of 6, and were very well looked after. This is the 3rd time I'd been to Delicatessen, and will definitely visit again.
Food is tasty but very heavy and rich. Large portions.Table booked for 5 and on arrival were shown to a table for 4 with an extra place setting squeezed on the end. I was unimpressed and showed my displeasure. Eventually offered another table which was by door, so cold and draughty. Moved to 3rd table where we remained; this comprised a table for 4 with a small round table joined to it. Not ideal but sufficed. Most tables in Delicatessen accommodate 4 diners. Be cautious if you are a party of 5 or more. In no hurry to return - food is so heavy and I felt uncomfortable till late morning the next day! Or just order starters and cut out main course.
Excellent food and good service Portion size was very good More choice from the dessert menu would be better
Best Kosher restaurant in London by a mile. If only it were a little quieter it would be approaching perfection. Portions big and food tasty. Service was friendly and reasonably prompt.
Great food and very large portion sizes.
Very good food highly recommended!!
Good food but we had a terrible evening. Service was appalling. Despite having reserved we were seated by the entrance and when asked if we can be reseated we were curtly told no. Food was excellent apart from the dessert which was on the house. I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t nice. The steak was superb, though. Although, we waited 50 minutes for our main course!!
Great experience as usual!!!
