About Curious Brewery
Curious Brewery & Restaurant
A lovely afternoon with family and friends in a great open space with a fab meal. The boys had the tour and tasting as presents and enjoyed that too.
Great Sunday roast!!
Lovely food only complaint 4 prawns and 3 ham hock bites over priced for such small portions but what we had was nice. Will return again soon
This is our fifth visit and we come back for the amazing starters more than main course. Never had a bad meal during all visits and service always friendly and efficient. Looking forward to our next excuse to come again
Lovely food, great staff! Will definitely visit again
Though drinks are over priced, limited menu, uncomfortable seating, rude staff, 45 minute wait for food
Great food, service and atmosphere. Our waitress was fabulous.
Not wowed by the food unfortunately it took ages to come about 45min from ordering - the restaurant wasn't overly busy. My burger was luke warm. A lovely place for a drink a little on the expensive side though. May return but not rush back.
Plenty of tempting offerings on the menu and really good value. Great setting and atmosphere, cant recommend this place enough
The only quality place worth eating at in Ashford.
Amazing roast and of course drink selection
Lovely food and amazing service from Joe and the team.
This was our first visit, staff very polite & friendly & food was very good with good selection of drinks. Will definitely visit again.
Limited menu especially then when one of the items are not available, that said what we had was very nice. Will go back.
The food was lovely, although it took a long time to arrive. The portions were also a little small. The service was ok, despite there seeming to be lots of staff around everything took a long time to arrive and we didn't feel as looked after as we should have been.
The food when it arrived was lovely but we were very disappointed that our bar snacks ordered as starters did not arrive. Service was slow and although the waitress apologised she was too busy to do anything about it and only when we raised this after paying did the restaurant manager make an adjustment to our bill. Overall a little disappointed. We had been looking forward to the experience as it was a birthday treat. Food when it came was great and I was really sad not to have tasted the bar snacks as they looked great.
Having been twice now and both times a delay of some sort with the main courses. 1st - our order had not been processed and waited 45 minutes for it. 2nd- 30 minute wait and had to chase again. Staff on both occasions polite and helpful.
We had roast beef which we were told would be medium rare, in fact we had two thin slices of over cooked beef. Other guests had roast lamb of which there was plenty. Please ask the chefs to send the food out hotter, it was all a bit tepid, except the gravy which was lovely. We loved the setting and will be back,
Nice idea to get souvenir glass tour guide was great and very informative. Beer tasting was slightly problematic as some people on tour helped themselves to too much beer not leaving sufficient for the whole group to taste. Recommend the tour guides pour out the taster glasses so that everyone receives the same samples.
Absolutely excellent, couldn’t recommend more!
Starters are amazing but the rest of the menu doesn't live up to the same standard. Bar messed up gins then tried to cover up the fact.
Lively atmosphere with a good mixture of people. Good service. Food was very tasty with a varied menu of local produce and wine, sensibly priced. Parking a bit of a problem at 7.30 on a Saturday.
Lovely atmosphere, great service.
First time going to Curious Brewery and I really enjoyed it. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were great. Happily would go again.
really nice food, will be back
