About Curious Brewery
Curious Brewery & Restaurant
Loved this venue. So different from your usual run of the mill eating places and our food was scrumptious!! Highly recommend.
First time. Service was very good. Beer was very good. Food was, well, alright. My burger bun was very soggy but the meat itself was nice. Fish was too thick making it relatively bland. Can't say enough about the beer and service though...
Not the first time we've been. Great lunchtime venue with friends and family. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Josephine who couldn't have been more helpful.
Staff were fantastic. Had a great meal and a lovely afternoon!
We came back for our mums birthday as we came a few months ago and the food was delicious, obviously fresh and made to order. On Sunday though we weren't blown away by the menu, would have been nice to have an option of the weekday and sunday menu to choose from, the food was also luke warm boarding on cold by time it reached us. Considering we shared some starters and we ordered some extra sides the bill was very expensive compared to the bill we had last time and we didnt have 3 courses as we did on our previous visit. The delivery of our cake that we brought was excellent, the staff that were waiting all came over and had knives and plates ready for us which was a lovely touch.
Our first visit to the brewery. Excellent beers and lunch. As the driver I was impressed that one third of a pint was available and also that we could taste before buying. Our party of 5 all enjoyed ourselves and thought the food was delicious and good value.
Had a great Sunday Lunch with friends and enjoyed sampling the beers on offer. Only niggle is the limited car parking space but we will definitely make another visit
Was really nice roast dinner 🍴 would definitely have again. Only downside was a bit on the cold side. Pudding was amazing raspberry Alaska 🥰🥰
Service was awesome & the food was amazing - thank u 😁
Staff were friendly, drinks and food were great. We'll be returning.
Very pleased with food quality and the service was excellent. My only reservation is the limited menu on offer. I hope you intend to vary the menu.
We had a great night...food and drinks lovely and staff couldn’t have been lovelier. Top marks!
I visited with a friend for his 70th birthday, so we had lunch upstairs to start, followed by the brewery tour. I`m pleased to report that the meal was superb, with very attentive staff, while the tour was a success too, mainly due to our guide who put his heart and soul into it; he should be on the stage! Well done all round. Paul Trodd
My favourite Ashford place for a Sunday Roast.... I've eaten here several times and never been disappointed - my expectations are high!!
Enjoyable Sunday lunch nice atmosphere not rushed and nice food and delicious wine. A little expensive but had a lovely afternoon and will def be back.
service was very good some of the food not as hot as we would have liked, as was the coffee given that Curious is part of or linked with ChapelDown, and the cost of a bottle of Flint Dry is £14 in the shop downstairs from the restaurant, charging £25 per bottle a flight of stairs away is disgraceful; we would have paid £15 and maybe even had 2 bottles, but your mark-up does your venture a disservice and lessens considerably our general pleasure with the experience. The words 'taking the ....' spring to mind.
Fantastic Sunday roast, the best beer choices and top-notch ambiance.
Excellent food and great beers :)
A great Sunday roast, friendly helpful staff, yet again a great time at Curious.
Absolutely fantastic time for my boyfriends birthday. The food is beautiful and the restaurant has such a lovely atmosphere
We always look forward to seeing our friends and The Brewery is definitely our choice of venue in Ashford, we have never been disappointed with the experience.
Great food, tasty beer and very welcoming service
Our waitress (Toni?!) was fantastic - really attentive and professional. She coped really well with an unnecessarily rude guest on another table who thought she could speak to the staff as if they were servants. Good atmosphere and a mix of ages. Great branding and a real plus for Ashford!
Really good place to hang out with friends .
Fab - Thankyou
