Excellent food, great staff in a very pleasant environment. Well done to all the Cultra Inn staff for coping very well with the CVD19 pandemic which has made your job much more difficult. First class service...thank you.
Great day out in what felt like a safe environment
We dined here regularly before the pandemic started and couldn’t wait to get back for lunch. I am glad you can only dine if you book. It was a quiet relaxed lunch, the service was friendly and professional. The food was cooked perfect, and was piping hot. We will return in the near future.
Large party of family and friends well catered for. Food was great and everyone well fed. Good choices of wines and beers. Staff great.
We were greeted warmly by a young gentleman who was so charming he even impressed my hard to please mother! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Cultra Inn to anyone.
Great team, great food and exceptional service!
We have often visited Cultra Inn and had a wonderful experience. The quality of food has always exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately on Saturday evening this was not the case. Two out of three of our burgers were rare in the middle. My grandmother had ordered the fish and chips. The batter on the fish was incredibly pale and also raw. We were extremely disappointed as this was a family meal for my grandmothers birthday. Unfortunately we will not be back anytime soon.
Open prawn salad was not as enjoyable as previous visit - this time the green salad was more bland i.e. basically just lettuce; on previous visit (with prawn marie rose sauce served separately) salad had included much more variety - e.g. chillies, radish, onions and spiced dressing
Think a problem with ovens or gas, so meal a little slow coming. We did not mind as people waited longer than us but should have told people of delay and maybe a free drink or something as did look bad. Managers need to go a course for delays.
Extremely courteous and professional service as expected in keeping with the main hotel .
We found the menu a bit limited in choice and a bit boring.
Our server was called Ebony Drury ( I think). She was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and friendly and was able to make recommendations to suit us. She was good craic as well. Lovely meal had. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
Everything was great except he croutons in the caesar salad - so hard I left all mine for fear of breaking a tooth. The chocolate brownie was also more like sponge than than brownie, but still tasty. Nice atmosphere with no noisy background music. And easy parking adds to the appeal.
The service was fantastic , best steaks in Belfast
We had a great Sunday buffet - the staff, including the chefs, were all so welcoming!
Only slight criticism is that in my opinion the menu is quite limited
I visit Cultra Inn regularly with my elderly parents. The staff are always very helpful and the disabled access is excellent.
Great attention and service from staff during our family lunch on Saturday. Also really lovely ambience and great choices available from the lunch menu.
My experience got off to.a bad start as I had arranged to meet my 2 friends at 5.30 but due to horrific traffic in Belfast city centre I'd didn't get there until 6.40! Thankfully the chef kept my food warm.until I arrived and I enjoyed a delicious Thai green curry all be it in a fairly rushed manner as we were booked to.attend an event in the hotel.at 7.30! Thank you to the kindness of the waitresses for accommodating me in my lateness!!
Great spacious layout and tables weren't too close together. The service was great, the staff were very accommodating. Food was fantastic.
Lovely atmosphere. Service excellent. Good food
Excellent all round.
Staff were excellent service was good, soft drinks were a little expensive, all comments were judged on restaurant not being overly crowded.
