Great service. Staff are very accommodating.
Service not great water didn’t listen and had to be told twice for order - didn’t know menu I know menur limited but slider wasn’t a slider really Nothing haute Christine as expected just expensive fish supper really - disappointing we know you could’ve done better
A lovely pre Christmas meal. Great food and fab service. We'll be back when restrictions are lifted. Thanks to all the team 👍
Amazing as always xx
Been a few times over the years and has been very hit and miss with the food quality. It is on my doorstep, and would like to use the restaurant much more but the quality, and lack of atmosphere has put us off. We decided to try again last week, and was very pleasantly surprised. I assume a new chef, I certainly hope so, and suggest the Cultra inn holds onto him!!
Not many people there which was perfect in the circumstances; their loss our gain.
Excellent food. Fine value. Good location. Staff very friendly.
Great food and attentive service
Delightful waitress- lovely setting and good food
The whole evening was a success and there was a very friendly atmosphere, despite social distancing and face masks. The restaurant was very busy but service was efficient. The food was excellent.
Good food, great service
Excellent food. Atmosphere and service brilliant.
Safe friendly environment and attentive staff. Good pub food.
Very Poor attentiveness to service in restaurant area seemed more interested in patrons outside, in saying that I think the waitress name was kiva she was nice & nice enough to charge me thirty pounds extra for what I received, I am very disappointed as I was expecting to,1. have a carvery 2. having not dined in there for a while to find it is why I had stopped going in the first place 3.still pretending to be lamb instead of mutton. PLEASE HOTEL MANAGEMENT LISTEN TO ME .
Very nice experience. Great food and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be back.
A very quiet night, but the most amazing food and service. Made a regular customer out of us.
Exceptional venue, location, atmosphere etc. Everyone enjoyed their food and we had a great time. There was alot of confusion though with drinks which had staff coming and going and there was dirty cutlery which I wasn't expecting in such impressive surroundings. Some of the waiting staff weren't very interactive or confident when. serving or checking on us. Staff just left cutlery at random. Places and drinks in the end with my 6 year old daughter ending up with a bacardi and coke set in front of her. Which was funny but shouldn't really happen. Will def be back though as the good outweighed the bad by miles.
I especially chose the Inn based on convenience and having enjoyed sumptuous meals there to date - it didn’t disappoint. It was perfectly suited for my meet up with a chum who sadly suffered a recent bereavement - the layout enabled her to talk freely and it was good to see adequate social distancing measures in place. There were no restrictions on our timeslot so once there we were able to settle, choose our courses and embrace the experience without feeling time pressured (thanks to our extremely efficient and friendly waiting staff). The menu offered a great choice to suit our varied tastes and my main - the burger with all the trimmings was particularly outstanding. While the sticky toffee pudding had been all snapped up, my friend was offered a heated chocolate brownie with a scoop of ice cream as an alternative- it was a nice touch and appreciated by my colleague who had travelled from outside Armagh on my recommendation! All in all a good evening. Will definitely be back soon - thanks Cultra Inn
Waitresses very friendly. Food, especially the chips were quite cold. When I advised staff of this I was informed that the kitchen staff would be made aware. But no compensation offered other than the Waitresses was 'sorry'. I expect better service of food from a restaurant of this calibre.
Our group of 5 had a great 4 course meal. Everyone fully enjoyed the evening, and great service.
Limited lunch menu but food was good and service great!
A most enjoyable evening in a relaxing atmosphere, with excellent service from the staff. My wife and I intend to be back in the near future and we would have no hesitation in recommending the Cultra Inn to others.
Spacious and with gracious service the Cultra Inn combines the atmosphere of a restaurant with the more relaxed attitudes of a pub. The gluten free menu offers many savoury satisfying choices however the the GF dessert menu selection was uninspired
One of our favourite restaurants, lovely food, cheerful staff and safe environment.
