About Cruisy Days Diner
1950's Themed Diner and Ice Cream Parlor.
Situated in the beautiful township of Oxford, North Canterbury, along scenic Route 72.
We had a breakfast celebrating our daughters 13th birthday, Kim served us and she made it really personal and perfect for us. The candle in the waffles a thoughtful touch. We loved the music and perfectly 50”s decor. The coffee was so good, my husband ordered a second, the food was delicious and a good amount. It is fantastic what Kim and her husband have created, she stood awaiting us at the podium as we entered, and it is a total experience, one we wish to have again as soon as we can, thank-you so much it will be a forever memory.
Great place brought back many memories
Friendly patient staff
Great curly fries, and massive waffles :)
Great Atmosphere and their milkshakes are the best.

Fun place to Visit
My wife Cheryl and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cruisy Days Diner on Sunday 13th January for Brunch. We complemented the owner at the time for the amaizing level of authentic detail that has gone into every aspect of the Diner including the imaculately dressed staff. The warm welcome and the genearl friendliness of the staff together with the high level of service delivery standards were exceptional and much appreciated. My wife chose the Waffles which she loved and I had the French Toast which was a little dissapointing as the bread was, in my opinioon, a little too thin and had not been properly soaked in the custard mix which left the interior of the bread as plain bread. Traditional French Toast should be light and fluffy which comes from fully soaking the bread in the Egg and milk/cream mixture and after cooking both sides in a pan or on the griddle placing it in the oven for a couple of minutes and it puffs up like a souffle, delicious. These comments are meant to be contructive and for your bennefit and hopefully for your customers benefit too but our overall experience was one of delight and satisfaction and we will undoubtedly return again very soon and will not hesitate to reccommend. A very fun yet classy establishment, well done to you all. David
Found this place through a friend and decided to surprise my partner with a lunch date here, definitely a good idea to book, food was well better than expected and would definitely recommend the fusion shakes! Am already planning a return in the future.
Always love going to Cruisy Days.
Awesome place, by far the best family place we have been, so friendly and excellent food and service.
