About Craft Burger
Craft Burger was an idea of ours to create something no one else around has, that is to combine great quality food and craft beer. Our slogan of gourmet burgers and much more allows us to be creative on our specials boards to offer an even bigger variety of food for those of you that don’t always enjoy a burger. We are based right on the Cromer seafront with fantastic views all year round. Our restaurant has a light, spacious and relaxed feel about it to allow for all types of custom. To make and hand press the tastiest burgers, we regularly visit our suppliers to make sure that we get our produce from the best farms and source only the freshest, finest tasting ingredients for our Chefs to work with.
We had a lovely meal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were very knowledgeable about the product. The food was freshly prepared and well presented, tasted excellent. The burger with pancakes was just superb.
Fabulous local eatery for family meals with kids and grandparents alike. Lovely options on the menu, and craft beer behind the bar. Simply furnished, so has a tendency to be a little noisy when fully booked, but never the less just fab!!
I had Cesar salad over the weekend. The chicken has that 'gone off' smell. Spoke to the waitress privately she sent it to the kitchen. Came back with feedback saying it was the bacon which made the different smell. I know what bacon smells like and that was not bacon.
Lovely food, we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Service was quick and staff were polite and friendly. Would recommend coming here.
Excellent service and attention to allergy requirements. Wonderful views of the pier as well
We order and my wife’s meal was bought out wrong which was a shame as it was my daughters birthday and she had to watch us all eat. Also the first table we were put on was in he middle of the entrance and the seat covers were filthy we asked to move. But considering how busy the restaurant was I think some investment is need on the fixtures and fittings. I took my daughter to the men’s toilet and the toilet door doesn’t even shut.
Amazing food and mouthwatering selection! Only criticism is that the chairs felt dirty, worn and mismatched and although it was very quiet, seemed to be only one member of staff who was consequently too busy to check back on how our food was - which was when we would have liked to order another drink. Went up to the bar during the meal to get one though so not a massive issue, and couldn't fault the waitress herself, was very polite and friendly.
Perfect venue for a group - excellent location and value for money- great food and varied selection.
Sadly not as nice as the last time we went. Burgers were a bit dry and a little over-cooked, and the fries seemed like they’d been under a heat lamp or similar. For what it cost it was a little disappointing.
Great service from the staff super friendly and helpful The burgers were soo nice !
Distinctly average food. Incomplete orders for 3 of our party of 4. Disappointed with the quality of one meal. Had expected much better having read others reviews, but wouldn't make a return visit based on our experience. Great location, nice atmosphere, just lacking in service (lots of young staff) and quality of food.
Whilst our young Waitress was very sweet, she failed to tell us about the free nachos or the suggestef specials. There was no real atmosphere with no real Norfolk warmth that people in this area are good at. The food was OK but nothing to shout about.
Great food and drinks with something for everyone. Loved this weeks special 😊
This was the first time we had come (Friday 31st May). The service was incredibly slow, we waited about 45 mins for our food to come out, no one acknowledged this. The food was lovely, although this was let down by the general atmosphere, the staff looked fed up to be there and annoyed for customers to be there.
Nice staff, good size!
Would have preferred a wider range of draught beer. I didn’t think the restaurant area was very clean, our table was very sticky- from previous customers.
We have been to Craft Burger twice now and have also ordered takeaway from there too. The food is always amazing and the service is brilliant too. We went on a busy bank holiday weekend and were lucky to get a table because we had made a reservation. We were sat near the entrance so we could see just how hard the staff were working to try to accommodate people and get them seated quickly. We've now got one of their loyalty cards so we'll definitely be back again and again.
First time at craft burger, food and service was brilliant. Being local we will be back again very soon
I requested to have a different meal choice to the menu, they were happy to accommodate. Great service. Love the nachos available at the bar. Great idea.
Very pleasant staff Gluten free option and dairy free milk a bonus.
The food was nice and there is a good veggie and gegan selection. We just felt that the food was quite expensive. When we arrived the restaurant was very quiet, so May be not a true reflection on the atmosphere and ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Great place, great view and great food!
We went on a Saturday afternoon so the restaurant was a little empty, not helping with the atmosphere, but that aside everything was very good. Nice food, good service all at an affordable price.
As a regular noticed straight away that you had either a new chef or different supplier the burgher was awful we did complain but manager said 95% of customers preferred theses I’m afraid for the price we paid was a ripe off we felt 2 burgees and 1 coke 1 elderflower cordial for £30 is not at all good value food very tasteless and at most 2months ago I was singing your praises what went wrong
Lovely food just a little cock up with the sides. But overall well worth a try
