Staff are all so lovely and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Special touches added in was so kind. Food was good although lamb fatty and difficult to eat, but beautifully presented and everything else perfect. The view was incredible
Itison deal for afternoon tea with use of spa facilities. Reception staff uninterested and left to our own devices in the spa, no staff around in the spa just cleaners. Postitive was the spa was empty so had it all to ourselves. But abit dated and changing rooms need more showers and hairdryers. Etc. In the restaurant seems and unorganised and staff also uninterested. Food portions were small for 2 people, scones were very dry and tasteless. Not mamy positives really and have stayed in much nicer places.
Great food with an amazing view!
Beautiful food in a beautiful setting. My Birthday treat. Will defo be back.
Wonderful sandwiches for lunch
I did not enjoy my dining experience at Lodge at Loch Lomond. I had high expectations and my experience fell very short of this. The food was poor and the menu was not a great selection. I would not recommend this to my friends and family.
sad to say we didn’t have a good experience at all. We were visiting as we got married at the lodge ten years ago and wanted to take our two girls as a wee treat to show them where we got married etc. We asked for kids menus and colouring sheets but were only given one. Then we had to ask for crayons. We asked for two straws and were only given one. Small mistakes but they needn’t have happened. Thankfully we ordered our children’s meals before our own and they came out quickly and were great sized portions. Our food took almost an hour to come out by which time the children were getting fed up so we couldn’t finish our meal. The food was taken off the bill and we were given some drinks but it just left us feeling a bit flat on what was meant to be a special occasion.
service terrific food very good views amazing
I have marked four stars as we were only in for an afternoon tea. We were very satisfied.
I had an amazing experience at lodge on Loch Lomond .... called and asked if it would be possible to put reservation back an hour which was told it was ok, reception staff were great.... the restaurant experience from start to finish was lovely.... asked for window table to admire the view and was given one as soon as it was available, quickly cleaned for us.... the staff were so friendly without being overbearing entering into pleasant chat about our day and the views ... we were served from molly who was so sweet and attentive and like wise with Rebecca and they honestly made our meal a very memorable experience it was my partners birthday and they went the extra mile for him and presented him with a happy birthday on the pudding plate which was lovely.... they were both a credit to your establishment and I would def come back in an instant, food was great x
Lovely afternoon tea, service was excellent.
All staff were great and we had a lovely table by the window and were well looked after. First visit and we would return.
Food was excellent and staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful can’t wait to come back.Thank you for a lovely evening
We received a lovely welcome, the service was excellent, the selection and amount of food was very good and we really appreciated the 2nd pot of tea. The views were stunning. Would highly recommend the venue.
Food was to die for,we both had 3course meal, missus had soup and she’s fussy, she finished her bowl, both of us had steaks for mains And a would probably say was best wev had not a chewy bit in the steak and was grilled for a steak lovers dream! Polished of with dessert we had to force down but still was tasteful and enjoyable. Thanks. we’ll be back again Mr & mrs hutton
We had a very nice lunch experience on Sunday with a 2 course Itison deal. The setting is certainly spectacular and we luckily had a great window seat with beautiful views across the loch. Service was pleasant and efficient and the food was of a good standard. All in all a very nice experience.
All staff were friendly, attentive and courteous!
Excellent afternoon tea
Been twice to the restaurant, once for dinner & 2nd time for morning tea but would not return as food is not great.
Fantastic location. Very good service. Had morning tea for first time food was like breakfast followed by afternoon tea. Staff happy to refill tea/coffee as many times as required. Very good value for money.
Had a great visit view stunning and food superb Service was also great Will visit again
As neither of us eat fish we were limited to 1 small finger sandwich each. I have previously had afternoon tea in your restaurant and the scones were warm. However, this time they were cold and I think made them less enjoyable and dry.
Fantastic suroundings, great view of Loch lomond, great food, very helpful and attentive, friendly staff, made for a fantastic night out for my wife and myself, thank you
This was an amazing place with even more amazing food. The staff were excellent and the atmosphere was great. Can't wait to visit again. Definitely be back.
Very pleasant experience, food was fantastic and the service was excellent.
