Great menu with something for everyone. Great service from Paula and Irwin as always. Cannot recommend this place high enough. Monday to Thursday with 2 main courses and wine for £30 is great value. We will definitely be back.
Delicious food & excellent service
Service was quick and friendly with a quiet atmosphere in which you can hear your friends talk, without raised voices.
Everything was perfect apart from the waitress bringing the cuttlery for the cake 15mins before the cake came and ruining the surprise. We will be back and we love our local but that is my honest and only bad point on our visit.
Ordered chicken burger got beef burger then other person was fed before my meal arrived There does not seem to be anyone in charge Avoid at all cost poor service
Never disappoints whenever I go with my family. Food always of an excellent standard
Didn’t catch the name of the guy who served our table but everyone in our party agreed that his service, manners and friendliness was exceptional. Really 1st rate service. Food was fantastic and great value as ever.
Having enjoyed the menu several times previously but not had the opportunity to revisit for a few months. Disappointed at the changes made, seems like you have reverted to traditional choices and very chicken heavy. As I pescatarian who likes lighter choices I found this menu tricky. I got the crab sandwich with rosemary fries which was lovely but just too carb heavy. My husband had the starter squid (amazing) and chicken ceaser salad as a main and he did enjoy both. With the new menu changes I don’t know if we will return. I will keep an eye out to see if changes are made though. Your staff were busy but managing ok, polite and helpful. The playbus was great for our 3yr old.
I find the staff very helpful and friendly.
Can’t believe in the Mid week meal deal I can order a £15 fish dish but not the £15 steak sandwich
first time at Collina - very impressed with menu choices and great service.
Waited at least ten minutes to be served to our booked table, and overheard a waitress (possibly senior, maybe a manager) ask another "what are them two doing standing there". Pretty obvious as we were at the usual designated area to wait for a table. Awful service from her, however the young waitress who eventually attended us was really nice. Her manager could learn from her.
Excellent food and service.
Portions were far too bog for a couple of old people, really off-puttingly so.
Most of us enjoyed our food, but one person found the chicken curry far too spicy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and offered to change it for her, which was great. One of our party was a wheelchair user. She was able to access the table without any difficulty.
Good food selection with attentive staff. Food was of a high standard and with the wine deal amazing value!
Was impressed. Will be back. I had the Salmon Nicoise. it had great variety and flavour
My friend and I had a lovely evening in the modern relaxed atmosphere of the cafe bar. The service was pitched at our pace and the staff lit a birthday candle for my friend when they heard it was her big day. It made her night. I can't praise the establishment highly enough. Linda
We had the midweek special, 2 mains and bottle wine for £30 which was good value. Service was friendly and quite prompt
Really great service and food excellent. Family friendly restaurant.
Very disappointing drinks service - waited 15 minutes on 4 drinks on 2 separate occasions during the night. Drinks poured & left sitting on bar & not delivered to table - totally unacceptable. Service really needs to improve as it lets the Four Winds down!
Service was quite good considering v few staff on duty. V disappointed that on my past few visits the Tuscan beef and Portuguese hake no longer appear on the menu...nicest dishes ever available in the four winds. Menu could do with a few more options and for someone who doesn’t like egg, it’s s shame that eggs feature in so many of your dishes.
This was the first time we had eaten in the Collina restaurant and we were not disappointed. We could not fault any aspect of our evening but would like to say how professional but very friendly and helpful the staff were; and the food was delicious.
My roast beef was dried out and tough the rest of the meals were okay.
I am here for lunch every Friday. Great friendly service as always. Loved the new menu too!
