My son didnt enjoy at all bec his fingers got burn . They never cool it down before displayed the hot cheese bowl and the notice sign is too small and didn't display very clearly (slide). Too slow to have the bake cheese item cant really enjoyed it bec the cooked item do not look nice and raw item seems not very fresh. . Even I could try the avocado ice cream, left nothing after long Q. The ham quite salty. So nothing much we can eat , not worth for the money
Nice Atmosphere. Appreciate that seats are spacious and comfortable distance between table. OCBC 1 for 1 promotion makes the buffet extremely value for money.
The laksa soup is well done, believe using fresh coconut instead of packed type. Just that the fish cake seems not fresh, has a strong "spolit" smell. The dessert has much variety but 1 of the dessert cake, the base stick to the holding plate, difficult to pick it up.
Some items were not replenished and design of some counters creates a long queue. For example design of dessert and fruit fridge allows only one person at one time to take food
Food is fresh and tasty. Prawns are super sweet, Laksa is 👍, Sashimi 👍 and i love the chocolate ice-cream! Drinks are provided too (coffee/latte/TWG teas/sparkling water etc). Makes my day!
Dessert queue can be improved by spacing out.

Not a lot of variety. 1st batch of food was not batch but after their top up or so... It was bad. Sashimi left in the open become soggy and not fresh. Soup was very salty. Only had 2 staff around. Felt very under staff yet their attitude was great. Worth it cos there was 1:1 promo. Otherwise not really.
the beef rendang was very tough otherwise food was great especially the japaneser poke bowl

sometimes noone was there to cut the meat but overall a good buffet. will come back again.
I find that the drinks station is too empty and the juicer seems to be faulty. It gets too hot especially when the sunlight shines in, I was perspiring and others were the same too.
Food was excellent, but service was a big let down. Restaurant grossly understaffed- I think there were supposed to be 3 chefs manning the noodles station, carvery, minute steak and the raclatte station, but there was effectively only 1 chef at the counter at any one time making service very slow and painful. Dont know what the other 2 chefs were doing running in and out leaving just one guy to man all the stations- he was earnest and tried his best, but theres only so much you can do. The servers at the cocktail station were also more interested in chatting with each other than taking orders/chatting with the customers. Otherwise the food was outstanding.
Sunday Brunch menu is overpriced. Maybe more dishes could be added to give it better value for the amount paid per person.
Lobsters not fresh, some food overheat, waiters n manager not friendly, waste us around 30min to pay via swissotel gift card.
The lobster is delicious and fresh, atmosphere is cozy, and the service is good. But somehow my order was forgotten but was quick to rectify. Generally, it's recommended for all occasion. Great job guys!
Should refill food from time to time even after 7.30pm - the food wasn't top-up. Especially for seafood, less sashimi slices e.g. Tuna, Salmon, Oyster and Lobster should be more presentable for display. Raclette not so visible. Food taste could be better in the live station. (More seasoning required and to be serve hot)
Very disappointed , by 8.45pm, items no longer able to top up. Spent $1100 and everything have to serve yourself yet there is 10% service charge. Food selection very very bad. Overall 2/10
What nonsense ? Your Filipino staff was extremely not cordial . Nobody bothered about my booking...thus I didn't even spend my $$ there. Be ethical...
