A multi-sensory dining journey around the world awaits to indulge your palates. Introducing a refreshed and enticing menu inspired with elements from Swissotel’s global destination.
Love the ‘Easter Theme’ chocolates, cakes etc. as they were beautifully made! Plus for kids to be entertained by a balloonist to sculpture their favourite item/ character. Like the natural light in air-conditioned sitting areas with use of minimum spotlights. Maybe a few more potted plants can enhance the ambience. Enjoyed the freshness of seafood items like lobsters, oysters, prawns, salmon sashimi. For cooked food, love the roast beef & baked lobster thermidor with self-made salad. Still many other food but gave them a miss as I was already full. Generally, family members who tried more food than I had enjoyed the other dishes.
Food choice is limited. Not many options for kids either .
Service staff were nearly not in view throughout our dinner and the place was not even half occupied. Even the live stations were not manned properly. F&B quality was poor, varieties limited. I see no reason to waste time and money here again.
I was here before and after the renovations. Waitering staff are not attentive at many occasions leaving me to clear my own plates to the side stations. The food variety and quality except the Tomahawk steak is nearer to the acceptable taste as for the rest of the items even desserts section cannot match with other nearby buffet serving hotels like Straits Kitchen - Hyatt , Marriott ,Carlton ,Rendervous Hotel. Not mentioning the price of $95.00 per head for weekends?May I suggest the managers here should try out the rest of the buffet hotels nearby to know where you stand?
Food little different from Swiss Cafe. Prices increased 30%. Cold seafood bar slow to replenish, but understand. The chillers were overdone. Made the sushi, cold cuts and desserts dry out.
The Teh Tarik uncle must learn the skill.
It is not so different format as what it used to be. Minimal upgrades trying to be different. Consumers are not that easily blindsided.
A fabulous experience of casual dining with a fantastic array of good, delectable healthy food, incl poke bar, sashimi/ sushi, cheese, cravings, hotdogs & tacos, noodles bar, hot food, local, indian & western cuisine, desserts, fruits & drinks. All yumilicious 😋
Keep up the same standard of service n food quality; that’s what keep customers coming back. Definitely Clove is much better than defunct Swiss Bake.
there was a great choice of food and layout was very nice, except for the salad and dessert area where the food was in a glass cabinet with a sliding door. the area was very cramped and basically only one person could have access and there was at least five to six dishes there. other than that, it was an enjoyable evening.
It was a great experience on new "Café Swiss" and the spread was great too! However, the only neg part was the cold fridge used for sushi/cold cuts and desserts where it is not a user-friendly "fridge" as the sliding door is heavy and it doesn't stop/hold so its inconvenient when we are taking food. Also, when 1 is taking food, others cannot but need to wait, not even taking food from the other side too. This is totally not practical.
A very pleasant dining experience with good and delectable variety of food which are yummy & satisfying! Quality of Food are fresh and well prepared. Keep it up! Excellent services!
Good selection of seafood!
Many counters need to fine-tune. Japanese section needs to improve manifold. Lighting for some of the foods are too dim. Savory dishes are well presented compare to the rest.
The only setback was the napkins provided stained our mouth n hands. For a moment I thought my brother wasn’t well after eating. His face color around the mouth turned greyish black. Until I saw his fingers then I realized it’s from the napkins. When we give feedback to the staff, no apologies were given. The lightings were a bit dim for dining too.
Keep price affordable
the 2 sliding door is not good at all. both block the customer from taking the food one is for dessert one is for salad. need to be changed completely.
