I have dined here before and was always impressed with the food and service. I think The reduced menu due to Covid19 has diminished the dining experience- hope things can return to normal soon !
This was our first time staying in the hotel and it didnt disappoint. I found overall all the staff, very friendly and efficient. The food was superb we ate in the bar for dinner and had breakfast the next morning. The service was so quick. I found the whole pre booking for meals a brilliant service. Highly recommend coming here, excellent staff, delicious food and lovely rooms.

Restaurant & Bar staff especially Becca who was very friendly and efficient were all great. Felt confident regards cleanliness in the bar and restaurant. Food was excellent. Manager guy was very friendly thanking all on way out after breakfast.

The dinner service was very good the food from starters to dessert were very tasty. Few patrons were not wearing masks in the restaurant when being brought to there table.
Apart from the most breakfast I received on both mornings the poached eggs crispy bacon on sourdough topped by hollandaise. Beautiful. ! Couldn’t believe the difference from the evening menu I had chicken parmigiana with salad and fries. My wife had lasagne. Both were barely edible. Didn’t complain to serving staff as don’t like to make a fuss. Could only think that the evening chefs are completely different from morning staff. Don’t think the excuse of being in middle of pandemic and short of staff. As we went to a nice restaurant in Sligo the next evening was beautiful compared to the frozen food we where expected to eat in a 4star hotel. Can’t fault the service or cleanliness. But it’s not hard to produce good food from simple ingredients as you’re breakfast staff seem to produce.

Very enjoyable evening here. Service was very good very tasty food. Some people didn't wear masks.
Service was first class from the first moment we went in. Food was of a very high standard, complements to the chef.
Lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful the only complaint was that the toast was cold , excellent service, great measures in protecting visitors a lot of cleaning down areas after each setting , all staff where wearing masks , and great social distancing throughout hotel , well done to all staff members

Efficient friendly staff great service and value for money
Disappointed with the 2 evening meals in the restaurant. The first night there was a delay with some of our main courses, the staff recognised this and offered complimentary desserts. The second night the waitress brought the wine to the table , left the white wine in the ice bucket set the red wine on the table and walked away. She didn’t open either bottle or didn’t offer to pour either. The menu stated truffle fries with the steak, ordinary fries were served . We ordered 3 coffees after our meal , one was brought to the table and the waiter explained that there was a problem with the coffee machine and he would bring the others shortly ..... we are still waiting on them . Our experiences on both nights led us to believe there is an issue in the kitchen . Our breakfasts were lovely however, the sourdough on the menu didn’t appear, it was ordinary bread . We understand completely that Covid restrictions are impacting greatly on the running of the hotel and these were managed extremely well and the majority of staff were very helpful and pleasant .
We had a wonderful few days in the Radisson Blu Hotel . The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make everyone feel very safe and secure.
