Was disappointed with the room very expensive looking out of a dirty window
We were really disappointed with what we were served for our evening meal and breakfast. The food was tasteless and not 4 star quality at all.
Excellent Food and Service.
Food and service was fantastic. No complaints. Staff very friendly and prices very reasonable. I just found tables a little small and squashes for 4 people. Otherwise perfect. Would definitely visit again
Staff and Food was top notch.
3 nights of dining here and could not fault anything. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for their terrific work.
Food was well presented and service was very good
Lovely one night stay in hotel. Restaurant was spacious bright & clean. Staff friendly & helpful. All covid 19 protocols in place. Good choice on menu for breakfast & enjoyed by both of us.
I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because of current health guidelines. Absolutely nothing you could do to change that.
Breakfast was very good, tasty and a lot of choice. Focaccia Burger on dinner, was really average. Not tasty, looked bad, side salad was a joke, lettuce and oil. Focaccia bread smell burnt oven.
Brilliant food and service
Had a lovely meal very relaxing and enjoyable
We were very disappointed with our family stay. Staff were not friendly in either the reception on arrival or departure or in the leisure centre, While service at breakfast was fast and staff friendly the food was just average, rashers were undercooked and fatty Dinner was nice in the evening though. Our family rooms were so basic with a tired appearance and no views. 2 paper cups no stirrers,4 milk and 4 sugars for 3 guests and to cap it all tea bags were horrible. We had 2 family rooms booked but they were not prepared for number of occupants and constantly looking for more towels, pillows etc It was honestly the worst stay any of us have ever had In a hotel and the first time I have ever written a poor review. Covid is no excuse for dropping service, comfort or general hospitality. I have stayed in other Radisson hotels and had nothing like my experience with Radisson Bleu Sligo. I am sorry to write so harshly but at the price we paid for what we got, I have never had worse.
Manager in dining room and staff worked with great professional standards
Bardzo przyjemny hotel, miła obsługa i pyszne jedzenie.
Really enjoyable experience and staff could not have been friendlier.
Lovely staff and great food!
Breakfast was laid out very nicely as it was table service only. Staff were friendly and met all requirements. Only negative was that Sausages (for the fry) weren’t cooked to my satisfaction. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast experience
Really enjoyed the dinner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Would love to come back to the Raddison again, and if so I’ll certainly be availing of this restaurant again
Very efficient service. Friendly attendance staff. Food was lovely. Very impressed with the hotel set up and COVID guidelines
I had an evening meal and 2 breakfasts at the restaurant. Staff were nice, although in my opinion there arent enough. Service was poor the second day, with breakfast almost finished before the tea and coffee arrived, despite prompting. Covid restrictions were well handled, and I was impressed with the thought that went into it, e.g. large pots of tea/coffee to avoid repeated contact
