What a briikang venue and the view is amazing. Cant fault it at all and the band who was playing was great too. Certainly a Valentine night we won’t forget in a hurry
A fab experience, the views of London are breathtaking. Customer service was great, staff were friendly and helpful.
Mesmerising nighttime views and magical space to relax.
Impressive view of London, but it was very cold!
Cool views / interior. Very expensive with mediocre service
Excellent service from Ramona, but the food was very under par and poor value for money
Wasn't the best experience. Barman was abrupt and rude. Said there was no snacks, then rudely said it wasn't his fault. Then while making a cocktail his plaster on his finger flew off and hit me - no apologies. He then continued to make the cocktail and touch the orange peel without recovering his cut finger. The bar area has little atmosphere, felt more like a bar in a train station with people sitting around. It's also freezing up there so you're unable to relax as you end up sitting in your coat. Finally even though I waited at the bar for 15 minutes I was still charged service charge - is this normal when you've not received table service?
Waiter was very nice and helpful.
Service was very slow, with very few people at tables. It was also very cold, some heat lamps would be nice.
Staff were brilliant on the night, space was dark and freezing (couldn't really see the food!) I know there was nothing that could be done about the temperature but not too sure why it was so dark! and the toilets are too far away.
It was very cold, we had to wear jackets inside the bar and then had to leave because we were uncomfortably cold.
I booked at the City Garden bar for 9pm. But we managed to have out table early at 8:15pm. Whilst having our drinks we were advised that the bar closed at 9pm! We were not advised of this in the booking, and if we had turned up at 9pm we would only have had the table for half an hour. On the booking we were told we could have the table until 11pm. Confused!
Very disappointed in food. Views spectacular though
It was freezing cold inside when we came in.
Not too busy, great views, good service ,,-would recommend for all age groups
i must tel a feedbackto the waiter she is name ramoma
Excellent music and experience
When we arrived it took us a while to find the person we were told to ask for. Then the drinks took a long time to get to the table. At the end, we were given our bill rather then us asking for it, this felt like we were being pushed out even though the bar wasn't busy! The environment was absolutely freezing, could benefit from some outdoor heaters and there was little to no lighting which made it difficult to see. All in all it was a bit of a disappointment!
Location great. Entrance and access slow - staff overwhelmed. Checking procedure into actual garden hopeless (staff using multiple bits of paper, which they can't read without a battery-powered tea light! - try a backlit iPAD maybe??). Food service very slow. Dessert took 40 mins. Ordered drinks not served correctly (2 small bottles of water is significantly less than the large we ordered). 10% service added without question despite the above. Staff incredibly rude ("thanks guys - you realise that comes out of my wages") when we rounded down £80.44 to £80 (including 10% service) to compensate for the missing drinks! Won't be rushing back...
The space was absolutely freezing and the whole atmosphere was a bit off. The garden part was sick, but the rest looked kind of thrown together – really cheap uncomfortable seats, super dark lighting, and awful sound design made me want to get out of there as fast as poss. I can imagine in the daytime it's quite relaxing and nice to see the views, but I wouldn't go again for a drink.
Very lovely but very expensive But it was worth it
Atmosphere was good, however drinks were pricey and service charge was added on top for a service which was slow and not as attentive and welcoming. However enjoyed the love music at the end of the night
Waiters were very friendly and attentive, drinks were good but expensive.
Endroit exceptionnel pour un dernier verre sur les toits de Londres!
