About Ciaooo Pizzeria
Ciaooo is an independent Neapolitan pizzeria Italian restaurant in the heart of Manchester. We make our pizzas from slow-rising sourdough, baked at 450 degrees. The cooking process locks in the natural moisture and aromas to create a delicious crust that accompanies the delightful combination of toppings.
Absolutely disgusting, came on my birthday after a night at Kickair only to be waiting outside for an hour to be rudely spoken to by the lady letting people in, when the pizza arrived is was just a disgusting sloppy mess, couldn't even eat it, the dough was raw and couldn't even cut through to get myself a slice. The worst part is after they made us wait over an hour for our 9 o'clock reservation they told us they stopped serving dessert! Will never ever be coming here again and I will be telling all my friends to avoid this place. Not good at all, maybe offer a drink or something if you are making people wait over an hour #shocking #disgusting
Had booked a table for 9pm, it was the last day before lockdown so was busy, but me and about 5 other tables who had booked for 9pm waited about half an hour outside in the cold before being seated. However, the food is incredible as it always is, but we weren't able to order more drinks as we passed 10pm pretty quickly after arriving.
Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life
The best pizza in Manchester!
Lovely food and such good value using the October offer, been wanting to go here for a long time after it coming up on my social media by chance and so glad I managed to make it! The only con was we were double booked, but the staff did sort it within 10 minutes of our original booking time.
Amazing restaurant! The food was sublime and the waitress was so lovely. Great COVID measures in place too such as taking temp and using anti bac gel on arrival. Cannot wait to visit again and try more pizza!
Can’t wait to go again! The best pizza in Manchester
The pizza was soggy and wet in the middle. I was unable to finish mine. The service was terrible. The lady with the short hair and Adidas mask was rude - clearly not interested in serving us at all. She also didn’t bother to tell us which items from the menu weren’t available until we were ordering. We will not be returning.
Amazing - would go back in a heartbeat. Had the garlic bread with honey and nduja for a starter and it was incredible!
Amazing as always !! The garlic bread with honey and Nduja is my favourite thing about mr living in Manchester!!
Rushed off the table and average food
Literally the best pizza in Manchester! Love love love!
Tables could have been a little further apart.
The only thing that could have made it better was a cocktail menu!
Great food. Quick service.
I have been wanting to come here for ages and it did not disappoint! Really yummy pizza's and a great menu
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!
Great service and food will be back!
One of the best pizzas in town ! Proper pizzeria
Cheesy garlic bread and Nutella pizza were very nice, but the bufala pizza was soggy in the centre.
Food great, toilets disgusting 🤮
Ciaooo never disappoints. The best pizzas in Manchester, and a lovely Italian vibe about the place. Great food and service!
This restaurant was recommended to me by my daughter who lives 10,000 miles away in Sydney, it was beautiful and excellent value for the money
We LOVE Ciaooo and will always return as the food is beyond amazing. However last night the service was a little surprising. We felt as though we were being rushed throughout our whole meal. I understand they want to get as many people through the doors in these uncertain times, but have a little consideration for the customers. Also, we asked for the bill (so it was clear we were going) we paid the bill, and one of was finishing our drink, and one nipping the loo. and the server came up to us to ask if we could hurry up as they had somebody waiting on the table. this shouldn’t happen in the first place, let alone we still actually had time on our booking. like i said we love the food, but that just knocked us a bit.
