Really friendly staff, quick service, good atmosphere. Thanks
Excellent service as always. Very well organised and felt very safe.
Frozen cocktails were absolutely shocking. When we explained to the waitress that they were not drinkable she then replaced them with gin and tonics. No mention of a refund so we paid £24 for 3 gin and tonics. Won’t be back
Good set up. Enjoyed the visit.
Fantastic set up. Food very good. Staff friendly and attentive
Excellent service only downside 2hr limitation on booking
Great staff and lovely outside area. Fraught pints selection not good at all and don’t like the plastic cups! Also, vegan food selection is minimal.
Good service and a lovely meal. Would definitely be back
We found all the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating, will definitely come again.
Would definitely come again
Our server was very friendly and helpful!
Very helpful and friendly staff and we love that you are dog friendly - our dog Zak loves his visits.
Great venue, fantastic service and superb food. We were the first people to arrive after opening meaning the venue was a little quiet. But to be expected coming out of lockdown. Understand there is a limited menu, but as a regular patron I missed some of the old favs and a bit of cake!! One of the best venues that allow your furry baby with you. As a mum of one, who wont go anywhere that my baby cant get in, I love the welcome we and our fur baby always receive. Will be back soon!!
The staff were lovely. Very friendly while working under difficult conditions. It was pouring of rain for a time.
Service & food/drink were great.
Staff really did everything possible to make us feel welcome and it was great to be there. We were there on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime so not buzzing but well set out and attractive. I do entirely understand the reason for serving food as takeaway meals but the joy of going out for me is ordering something which is served nicely on a plate so I have to take a star off for that.
The staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly and efficient
Service was great, really didn't enjoy the chilli mango margarita and the waiter dealt with it really well. We had a lovely afternoon!
Lunch menu a tiny bit overpriced for what it was. Service excellent, staff v friendly
I booked my table in the front beer garden but have been told that I could only have a table at the back beer garden, which at the time I did not realise what that could lead to. It was not a very warm day and I could only see heaters in the front beer garden but not with the back one, where I was led to. The beer garden was spacious, but sadly I think the place have been understaffed and service was taking quite long with server taking 30 minutes to walk between front and back beer gardens. It was also regrettable that only frozen cocktails were the only cocktails on the menu outdoors which my companions could not warm up enough to finish. I really hope they can expand their workforce further for a better experience for customers and open a section called 'back beer garden', in addition to 'front beer garden' and 'indoor sitting', for booking to avoid confusion or disappointment for customers.
The food was really tasty but it feels a bit pricey for takeaway in a cardboard box!
Absolutely first class, we were moved inside the gazebo and it was lovely, heaters, shelter from the wind. Service was terrific, couldn’t fault anything, thank you
Drinks offer is awful. I think 2 beers and 2 ciders, wine only by the bottle. Everything out of a plastic cup. More choice and better quality at a corner shop.
We were very disappointed to not be allowed into the tent area outside despite 3 tables being free for the full duration of our visit. We were sat at the far end of the outdoor area in the middle of a wind tunnel. My 5 year old daughter was absolutely freezing. The food was good but overpriced. I was also told getting a coffee would take a long time as it would come from a different bar area so had to get a cold drink instead. There were dirty tissues blowing about around us from all the other tables and collecting in the corner next to us. Overall not an enjoyable experience.
Everything good other than the plastic glasses
