Chuku's is the world's first Nigerian tapas restaurant brought to you by a cheeky brother-sister duo with a love of good food, good vibes and their Nigerian heritage. After four years of popping up, we've opened our first permanent site in Seven Sisters, Tottenham and we can't wait for you to come and chop-chat-chill with us! Serving up sharing plates of authentic Nigerian flavours to the rhythmic sounds of afrobeats, we're here to whisk you from London to Lagos. No passports needed!
Delicious twist on classics!
Great place, friendly staff, good food. Will definitely go back!
Loved the food, loved the atmosphere. Service was very friendly and very quick. Have already recommended to three others!
Amazing little place, can’t wait to come back again! Food is delicious!!!
Food was absolutely delicious and service was 5*. I have already booked a table for next week.
Good food and vybe
Loved my time at Chuku's. Great to finally visit the restaurant of the dynamic duo. l loved it and left very happy. I will return!
I couldn’t fault my visit!
Food is great and was very impressed by the taste and creativity of the dishes. Atmosphere was great too! It's not a cheap place but it worth it trying. Only thing is that I was a bit surprised by the service charge that was abou £4 each.
Great experience but the lighting in the restaurant is too dim and it feels a bit crammed.
Unfortunately my partner and I were terribly unwell the evening after eating there. I went to bed with awful stomach pains. I woke up in the morning unable to think clearly because of the pain. I had to take paracetamol all day just for pain to subside. It’s a shame because the food was nice. It just didn’t agree with me and I am Nigerian too and quite disappointed about that. We also arrived on time for our booking and had to wait 15 minutes because our table wasn’t ready. This meant spending more money in a different establishment because it was cold outside in December. The staff were nice and the venue is great. Just a shame about the food and the wait. Thanks
Amazing food with a relaxed and homely vibe. The staff were attentive and happy to make recommendations. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
Delicious, great service, lovely venue and really reasonably priced
Really good, no complaints! Especially enjoyed the jollof quinoa and the mackerel balls with scotch bonnet jam
There were many items on the menu that are outstanding. We went for the whole mean (except desserts) as a group. A few standouts like the meatballs and pancakes with a few decent plates and just a few I'd probably not recommend. The portions are very small for the price. The service from professionalism to personality and speed is top level and the we loved the atmosphere. I'd go again.
Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday lunch - and we loved every minute of it. Everything was fantastic - from the cheerful interiors and music, to delicious food, to outstanding service (thank you Amber, you're a star!) and a candle on a cheesecake... We'll be back for sure. Thank you!
Amazing smily and friendly service, very sexy interior and fantastic food
LOVE. My first time experiencing Nigerian cuisine was incredible! Must be my new favourite. The tapas style was perfect so you could try lots of dishes. There was an extensive vegan/plant based selection and some of the best food I've had in a really long time! The flavours are unreal and I'll be dreaming about the yam dumplings with egusi stew for a long time. There is also a great atmosphere in the unexpected Tottenham hole in the wall and the staff were really friendly. 10/10 was the perfect date night spot. Can't wait to go back!
Such a lovely meal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — thank you. Will definitely be returning and recommending.
One of the best restaurants in London. So much flavour. So lucky we live so close and can go often
Lovely front house staff who are familiar with the menu. The flavours within the food is sensational
Music too loud Other than that food was delicious and service was great
We had a really great dinner and a lovely time. The food was delicious, the music was great, your staff are fantastic and we’re looking forward to coming back! I can’t think of a particular dish to recommend because they were all so good... but I think the kuli kuli chicken wings were my favourite!
Great experience, staff and food! I was hooked on that chocolate yam brownie!
