About Cecchinis Ardrossan
Situated in a converted old Power House on Ardrossan Harbour, Cecchini's Ardrossan has spectacular views that stretch past the Marina onwards towards Arran and is just a few minutes from the ferry terminal. Be it a romantic evening in our restaurant, a catch up over drinks in the Bistro or coffee outside watching the sun go down there is no finer place to enjoy an occasion.
Can't fault anything with the food or service had a very enjoyable meal.
Would have preferred food piping hot which it wasnt
Lovely lunch good value for money
The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely afternoon
We had a lovely breakfast which was very tasty and good value for money. The staff were lovely and the place was very clean. They had good covid measures in place and we felt very safe.
Looking forward to being able to come back when COVID restrictions are eased, and we can have a drink. Really liked the food and great value
Pizzas were unbeatable! Great wee family lunch out.
Lovely venue, friendly staff and my partner wanted to change the options for his breakfast and it was no problem at all
My online reservation was without a hassle. My request was accommodated. Their one way system works well. I am a fan of their Garlic Bread with Mozarella and Pink Gin Slush , great and a must try! My experience is better because of the friendly staffs and relaxed atmosphere.
Cutlery holder given was dirty. Staff didn't seem approachable. The waiter wasn't very cheerful and spoke very quietly so was difficult, with having to wear the mask, to hear him properly. He also didn't ask how our meal was. Starter & dessert was nice. Didnt really enjoy the pizza - would be helpful if they would cut this for you as I found it difficult to do this with the knife given. Itison voucher very good deal for what you get.
Service wasn’t good, staff were standing talking in a group and we had to struggle to get their attention a few times. Chicken tempura had a very peculiar taste. Some coffees had biscuits and some didn’t. Amazing view though
Two of us were alone in the restaurant at a table for six and the waitress was having her lunch when we arrived so it felt a bit strange. The food was very tasty, only fault was that there wasn’t enough sauce with the haggis bon bons - maybe serve some on the side in future?
As always, great food, service and attention to detail. So easy to book online from the website. Great take away menu also 5⭐️ From the Lennox’s
Fantastic food and great service
Obviously because of covid things are strange everywhere so not a negative on cechinnis. Just strange times! Food was tasty, as was the wine and all covid restrictions adhered to.
Made us feel valued customers by very friendly helpful staff in a very comfortable restaurant with a great view
Under the current climate customers should be given instructions on arrival ie wear your mask when moving away from your table, please do not stand at bar etc..I was still snacking on my pizza crust when the waitress zoomed up to the table and said all finished and left with the plates, felt as though we were being chased out yesterday afternoon.
Very friendly staff, food was great
Not great times due to Covid-19, but enjoyed our visit and will be back.
I always enjoy the food at cecchinis. Staff courteous and pleasant and felt everyone good distance from each other. Would certainly recommend
Lovely meal. Lovely service
Food fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were attentitive however the service was quite slow and for that I gave it 4 stara however given the current climate we gave the benefit of the doubt. It'll be a venue that we will defo be returning to 😊
Lunch was lovely
