Very happy with our experience - thank you to all staff.
Thank you for a lovely night away. Your hotel is in an amazing location & our room was wonderful. The staff were friendly & welcoming. Our only disappointment was not being able to have a table for dinner in the lively scenic dining room, in spite of booking our table several weeks in advance. Next time maybe?
We had a lovely lunch - good food - in delightful surroundings. The scone with cream, berries and candle was a real surprise for my friend whose birthday we were celebrating and so well done - thank you!
Superb family meal, excellent service
The service was great so friendly and helpful - they really helped make my sister Niamhs birthday very special x
An excellent meal - lamb cooked to perfection with deliciously tender asparagus and other accompaniments, followed by a zesty lemon panna cotta - and both a warm welcome and friendly service. Topped off by a great view over Warwickshire. My only suggestion would be to put nicer tables in the Glasshouse to match the quality of the view and lift the overall ambiance of the room.
Outstanding service by a very attentive but discrete waitress. Suggested Gin & Tonic was best I can recall and the food was just superb and freshly prepared by a very good chef. Book ahead for a table with the nice views over Warwickshire.
Lovely garden, great views beautifully presented internally and good food. The staff were exceptionally good, very pleasant and very knowledgeable
Perfect service again. On a hot and sunny May bank holiday, every table was taken and the garden full too, thus food took a while but was all perfect, beautifully presented and delicious. We chose to sit inside by an open window, so cool and comfortable, with the glorious view and conversation flowed. My thanks to you all, you know how to do this really well.
Absolutely wonderful. Would recommend to anyone.
Excellent food, ambiance and service
A great location with beautiful views. I recommend an aperitif sitting in the garden in the sunshine. The garlic king prawns were to die for!
Lovely experience, great staff compliment the fantastic building and grounds.
Fantastic views, service and food excellent, will definately visit again
Perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary Thank you all at the castle
The meal was amazing. Great food with an amazing view. We loved the location and the food was so good and great value.
Our Waiter Jorge, was wonderful, very friendly and amusing too. He was extremely empathetic with my elderly father. The restaurant was extremely busy, but Jorge really seemed to enjoy his job. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jorge!
Beautiful location and food, will definitely go back!
The staf were attentivw and friendly But not intrusive, we enjoyed a leisurely lunch, thank you.
We received a warm welcome with friendly and attentive service throughout lunch. Good food selection and quality.
We enjoyed our meal and will certainly visit again. I found the chairs in the dining room uncomfortable for sitting for any length of time. That was the only negative. Otherwise, this is now on our favourites list!
Lovely venue to enjoy your lunch or dinner. The afternoon tea was lovely just could of done with more sandwiches but cakes and scones were delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will be back.
Many thanks. It was like a dream :)
Great location and easy parking! Only ever had the sandwiches and soup, they've always been good. 😀
