We had a very enjoyable evening thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff with great food. Thank you
Spectacular food and incredible value for money - this was my second visit and looking forward to returning and trying everything on the menu eventually
A superb meal as usual! Faultless!!!
Came for lunch on a Saturday. The food was lovely and pretty reasonably priced for the quality. The atmosphere was chilled and I loved the decor. Looking forward to making another visit.
The food and drink were perfect, the decor was elegant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! There was just a little something missing from the atmosphere... Great meal and will come highly recommended to friends and family. Thanks
Absolutely gorgeous restaurant!!! The food, service, atmosphere everything was spot on. Will definitely be back 100%!
This was my third visit to Caster's in as many weeks and each time I've been really impressed with the food and overall experience. It was the first time I'd taken my 10-year-old daughter with me, and we were pleased to see that there was no specific kids' menu and instead she could order smaller portions off the main menu - a nice touch which was a welcome change from the usual chicken strips etc that are generally offered for children in other restaurants. However, she did opt for a full-size macaroni cheese as the waitress suggested it wouldn't be too big, and she enjoyed it very much. We had the early bird menu, which was extremely good value, and the quality and portion sizes were comparable to those that I'd had on previous visits from the main evening menu. We will definitely be back (again!) and will be recommending Caster's to all our family and friends.
Had a wonderful evening, very attentive staff, In a lovely setting, with excellent food! And extremely good value!
Disappointing visit, will not be rushing back
Went for Sunday lunch. Friendly and efficient service. Nice surroundings. However roast beef was sliced with a laser, not served pink as requested, portion was disappointingly mean for price. Also very little menu choice on Sunday.
The food and service were excellent and we had a lovely meal. A couple of things that could be improved on.....we were not told at the time of booking that we only had the table for two hours....not a problem but I think you need to let customers know this. Also....blinds at the windows to provide shade, which I think you said are beeping fitted next week. But again we had a lively meal. Thank you.
We really enjoyed the evening. A nice atmosphere, the restaurant has been very tastefully designed and decorated and is definitely a positive addition to the village in that respect. Food in the main was very nice, the only negative was that the “double fillet steak” that was ordered medium/rare was over cooked and was served medium. We didn’t create a big issue of it but in my opinion, the situation could have been handled better by the chef.
Fabulous service and food, a little warm in the window but a lovely evening and nice touch with the birthday plate for hubbys birthday, thanks
Lovely food and atmosphere
Really enjoyed brunch Sunday 7th July and a pleasure talking to Domenico :)
We went for a late lunch. I have to say the food was lovely and good value for money if you had the 2 or 3 courses. Wasn't as much choice as I'd have expected may be a few more of the traditional meals would have been nice. Drinks pricey compared with local wine bars.
The open sandwich was fine but should have been listed as a light snack due to the tiny portion size
Sweets are expensive
A good experience and a welcome addition to Alsager. Would like a bit more selection on the menu but accept that this is dependent on popularity and how much business the restaurant gets
Our No.1 spot for Sunday lunch without doubt.
We had a nice night but just felt a couple of things let it down, service of the drinks was slow, the presentation of the food was not great and they seem to run out of certain dishes on the menu, hopefully they might look at that and maybe put a couple more dishes on for vegetarians
The food was outstanding and decor is wonderful - it was an unusually sunny afternoon and the lack of window dressing created a few problems but nothing that would stop me returning on an evening
Second time I have been, lovely food, staff and atmosphere. Will be returning.
Lovely food and quick service. Will definitely book again
Bryan and I had a wonderful evening on Friday, it was our wedding anniversary and all the staff made us feel welcome, there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, we will be going there again. Thank you Soprano 😀😄
